Javůrek, Jakub ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Pavlů, Dagmar (referee)
Title: Side effect of electro stimulation on shortening of back muscles Objectives of work: The aim of this study is to determine whether electro stimulation has a negative effect on the elasticity of back muscles. Methods: Data was collected by using the measurement method. The tested file is formed by four men aged 34-43 years, who underwent four weeks educational program. Measuring of the elasticity of back muscles was done before and after completing training cycle. The obtained data were filled into tables and then they were processed and compared Results: We found out that the method of electro stimulation used in fitness training, has a negative effect on the elasticity of back muscles. In our research we determined the frequency of training sessions for three times a week, while the training program includes four such weeks. After completing the training program and following remeasurement, we concluded that we cannot use electro stimulation in such quantities without applying stretching immediately after the training session or as a separate unit. In the tests, the technical readiness worsened also only one child, the test slew of obstacles, namely by 0.2, in all other cases, the children improved significantly, with an average value of 0.7 is about to sweep obstacles and throw the ball in test even the value of 1.1. At the same time, we came to the fact that children with better performance on tests of fitness achieved greater improvements in tests investigating the level of technology....

Title: Adaptation of organism on training load in artistic gymnastics Objectives: The goal of this crosscutting study is to discover how the artistic gymnasts in prechool age and school age differ from other children in the same age category. Methods: The method of this study consisted of analysis of body composition of 82 boys in age 7,51 ±1,9. Kruskal Wallis test was used to test the hypothesis of conformity in the results of individual variables across test groups to compare differences among all groups. A Mann- Whitney U test with Bonferroni correction was used in post-hoc analysis. Results: Statistically significant differences between gymnasts and other participants were found in the percentage body fat. The school age with values (p ˂ 0,001), (r = 0,542) and the preschool age (p = 0,015), (r = 0,530). There were not statistically significant differences in the other measures. Conclusion: Surprisingly, gymnasts in both age groups did not differ very much in most categories. Statistically significant difference was between gymnasts and other in percentage body fat, where gymnasts had these values much lower across all categories.
