Widely applies in both the food production and the other industries. Content of this work is basic chemical composition of whey, whey production, basic technological operations in the modification of whey and the incurred products, a brief list of the use of whey and finally there are listed the most famous whey cheeses and a brief description of their production.
Effects of different intensities of fertilization to yield of selected species of energy grasses
GAZÁREK, Lukáš
The importance of renewable energy sources increases with increasing power consumption and heat generation while declining reserves of fossil fuels. For the Czech Republic in future could be a very important source of biomass electricity. Bachelor thesis in the first part literature review describes the importance of renewable energy sources and their different types and use in our country. In other parts of this work closer look at the use of biomass to produce electricity and heat. Eventually, the paper describes two selected species of grasses and energy to: Reed canary grass (Phalaris arundinacea L.) and Szarvasi - 1. In the end review of the literature deals with the individual plant nutrition macro- and microelements, and finally describes the fertilizer that was used in the cultivation plants specified above. In the practical part conducted experiments in three intensities fertilization. The first variant was called. Extensive when plants were fertilized. In the second variant was used ammonium sulfate, ammonium nitrate, superphosphate and triple potassium salt. The latter variant was fertilized digestate as a product of a biogas plant in which these plants are growing just as the input product. The measurement revealed some interesting facts. According dry matter yield responded Phalaris L. arundiacea best to fertilization with mineral fertilizers, poorer yields gave variant fertilized by digestate and lowest yields were recorded for extensive, or unfertilised stand. Elymus elongatus provided in its spring mowing best result in fertilized by digestate form and fall in intensive variant. Both plants provide higher returns in the spring mowing, mowing than in autumn. In the yield of fresh matter during the spring harvest proved the use of organic digestate, while the harvest of autumn fell the most intense flavor. According to the percentage of dry matter content is the best option appeared to be extensive with the exception of the autumn harvest Phalaris arundiacea when intense flavor gave the highest dry matter content.
Renovation of expensive spare parts using of special engineering technologies.
DOLEŽEL, Zdeněk
This masters thesis deals with renovations expensive spare parts for the use of special engineering technologies. The aim was to compare and evaluate the technical and economical technological processes used components renovations. In the theoretical part are written information obtained from literature sources dealing with the basic concepts, definitions and describes the most commonly used technology renovation. In their study were selected components for renovation, where it is necessary to use special methods of engineering technologies. The first part was chosen balancer shaft used for four-cylinder diesel engine Volkswagen. For component was suggested special technological process of repair, so as to achieve low prices, but also guarantee a high quality repair and threaten further damage. Price repairs were compared against the cost of a new spare part. Another component was selected renovation speed bump for truck Scania. For component was suggested technological process of repair. Prices renovations by various techniques were compared.

Vývoj konstrukce školního nábytku pro rozvojové země
Začal, Jaroslav
Thesis is focused on design of production, material specifications and construction technology simplifications of school chairs and seats for developing countries. The use of locally available materials and equipment of local industry with application of low-technology manufacturing processes are emphasized. In developing areas this functional school furniture represents the basic comfort for pupils and facilitates the learning process. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part is focused on and deals with experimental assessment of mechanical parameters of various rectangular joint designs. In this case joints are stress-loaded in transversal direction. The second (practical part) of the thesis deals with designing the functional shape of seats with use of joints described and tested in the first part. The third part of thesis deals with manufacturing of designed chair model due to specifications mentioned in first part of thesis and also with design of simple tool for manufacturing the joints with low-end and low-cost technology. Further the thesis introduces my own design of simple seat construction made from massive wood material manufactured by low-end technology with regards to achieving the due specifications. The task of this thesis is to design the viable manufacturing process of seats and chairs from raw wood and scrap material. Essential part of thesis is also manufacturing of seat prototype and simplified model of proposed mortise and tenon drill. The thesis encloses the literature overview, experiment methodology, description of potentially usable and really used materials. In last chapter the testing results are summarized and the sample of manufacturing is documented.
