Model ranges analysis of forest harvesters

In the bachelor’s thesis is made the basic division of harvesters according to types of chassis, technology process of trees and sizes of harvesters. The next point of thesis is about construction of harvesters and about mechanical parts, especially harvester heads. In the next part division of some operational and technical arguments of Czech machines and foreign machines is made. There was critical classification of machines in groups, on the basis of these arguments. Critique was oriented mainly on wheel harvesters. This group was chosen because of its biggest representation in Czech Republic. Some structural specialities of harvesters and progress of harvester‘s technique were presented.
Optimization of production process

The aims of this dissertation are to analyze the current state of process control, to identify the product range in selected organization and to design the process planning methodology to ensure an optimal implementation. Optimization is understood as costs minimization while keeping an acceptable continuity of supply. The dissertation contains a description of technological and non-manufacturing processes of brick products, as well as the summary and description of the basic tools of quality management.
Spotřebitelské chování na trhu s mlékem a jeho rostlinnými alternativami

The thesis is focused on the characterization of segment of final consumers of cow's milk and plant-based milk alternatives in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the consumer behaviour of people interested in the consumption of the mentioned products. The literature review was followed by a description of the market for milk and plant-based milk alternatives. The research was carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey, in which 383 respondents was originally participated, but 6 respondents were subsequently removed from the research due to incorrect completion of the questionnaire. The established hypotheses were evaluated by the Pearson Chi-Square Test. The research found out that more respondents consume cow's milk than plant-based milk alternatives, that consumers are willing to pay more for higher quality products, and in the area of plant-based milk alternatives, according to a minority of respondents, there is a demand for a larger assortment. In conclusion, recommendations for business entities operating in the market were proposed.

The theme of this thesis is History and technology of ice cream mix production. First part of thesis is aimed on history of ice cream mix and it’s enlargement. In the next part there are characterized each raw material which are needed for production. Thesis describes every technology step during production of ice cream mix - mixing the mixture, pasteurization, homogenization, freezing, maturation, drying and packaging. Following chapter contains description of microbiological quality of ice creams and summarization of currently valid legislation. Finally, thesis specifies process of sensory analysis and there is also small questionnaire research of availability and popularity ice creams flavors in Czech Republic.
Porovnanie historického a súčasného sortimentu rodu Tagetes sp.

The bachelor thesis on the topic „Comparison of the historical and current assortment of the genus Tagetes (L.)“ deals in the first part mainly with the geographical distribution, morphological description, use and systematic classification of the genus Tagetes (L.) and the breeding of the genus Tagetes (L.). The second part of the bachelor thesis is focused on mapping, research and comparison of the current and historical assortment of the genus Tagetes (L.) according to specified time periods. The results of the survey are summarized in annotated tables, in which the monitored and ascertained data are recorded. These results are graphically displayed in graphs that are annotated in the text. The obtained results may be a suitable means of orientation in the historical and current market offer, as well as for the selection of the suitable species and cultivars for gardeners but also for the wide public.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to compare the range of bread in smaller shops and supermarkets. The thesis contains legislative requirements for bread, bread consumption in the Czech Republic, and the basic materials needed for the production of bread and special types of bread, such as garlic, sesame, pumpkin seeds and dried onion. The work includes an assortment and detailed description of the composition of products from the family bakery, the industrial bakery and the hypermarket, which owns its own bakery. Further, the thesis contains its own sensory analysis of various samples of bread with final evaluation.

The present dissertation entitled "Evaluation of the genus Tilia L. from the point of view of garden and landscape architecture" was elaborated between October 2007 and February 2018. The work is divided in the standard way for this type of final paper consisting of introduction, background sources, aims, literature survey, methodology, materials, results, discussion, conclusion, literature review etc, contains 339 pages of text, 437 pictures, 99 plates, 7 tables which are place in the text, especially in part of results. This work brings information about 23 cultivated species, the most important hybrids and more than 240 cultivars of lime trees. It summarizes information about the origin of the cultivated specimens, their characteristics and their description, accompanied by a large number of pictorial materials. There is summary of current situation from the point of view of systematic botany, name and origin of plants in culture, grown assortment and introduction of trees. The author also deals with issues of important lime trees collections, history of use in objects of garden art, but also focuses on the etymological origin of lime, symbolism and folk culture. From the point of view of the general characteristics of the genus, the work contains a brief outline of the genus structure, the geographical distribution, the important user and ecological-cultivating properties. From the described assortment has been determined basic assortment which has to be widely known and available: Tilia cordata, Tilia platyphyllos, Tilia tomentosa, Tilia tomentosa 'Petiolaris', Tilia ×euchlora, Tilia ×europaea. Based on the experience of growing in Oplany Klíče, an additional assortment has been set with regard to the needs of garden and landscaping architecture. From the phenological observations in Oplany Klíče has been made tables with sequence of unfolding leaves and flowering.

This diploma thesis Evaluation of the assortment of coneflowers (Echinacea) in the climatic conditions of Central European thermophytic deals with the evaluation of the genus Echinacea (L.) Moench assortment. The thesis is focused on topics dealing with history, morphology, taxonomy, cultivation and breeding of the family Coneflowers. Regarding the practical part, 45 cultivars of the genus Echinacea were observed and evaluated. Measured and evaluated characters were compared with other authors ratings.

The first part of this diploma thesis is dealing with the usage of roses from the garden and landscape architecture perspective. Taxonomy of roses, their botanical description, spread, usage and history of growing and improvement were described. Another part of this diploma thesis focused on research of period rose assortment, more specifically on its range and possibilities of particular strains usage. Subsequently, availability of period assortment strains in the current market was determined. All information has been recorded in the summary table, which was further analyzed.

The bachelor thesis: Durability of selected flowers assortment describes historical survey of the most sold flowers and arranging styles from the oldest nations up to the current times. Moreover, it focuses on the most sold species of fresh cut flowers in the Czech Republic in years 2015 and 2016. The bachelor thesis also aims at the problematics of physiological factors affecting the quality of cut flowers from the actual harvest to the customers care. It also covers the impact of ethylene, water clarity, disinfected vases and flower storage. The main focus of the bachelor thesis is based on the current techniques and products that help to postpone fresh cut flower senescence and wilting.
