An Analysis of Services Provided by Selected Hotels in Prague

This thesis analyzes services of four selected luxury hotels located in Prague. The selected hotels are Kempinski, Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental and Corinthia. The first part of the thesis characterizes accommodation, catering and other services with special attention paid to the issues of luxury hotels. An in-depth-analysis of the selected hotels is performed in the second part of the thesis, followed by a comparison of the results and final evaluation of the analysis.

Comparison with the other providers products of accommodation and boarding services in defined area. Based on a survey of customer needs suggest recommendations and innovation. Benefit of the thesis should be to devise options for further development of products in the surveyed object.

Within the framework of the analysis investigation via questionnaire was conducted among enterpreneurs. The collected data then compared to find out whether the purpose of the advisory service has been fulfilled.
Management of transport services

The main goal of this theses is to evaluate the public transportation service in České Budějovice. The theoretical part of this thesis offers the reader, basic information about services, their characteristics, features, but also information about pricing and types of services. Reader will be also acquainted with information about transportation services. Analytical part of the thesis describes actual status of public transportation in České Budějovice. The various routes, means of transport and conditions for transportation are described in detail. The financial development of public transport provider, Dopravní podnik města České Budějovice, is also evaluated. In order to achieve the main goal of thesis, the questionnaire with the focus on customer needs, was created. Thanks to the responses of the passengers, it was possible to determine which are the most important positives and negatives of public transportation in České Budějovice. Subsequently, the SWOT analysis was made. The SWOT analysis determined, what strategy the company should select in the future. Based on the results from performed analysis, it was then possible to suggest some proposals, that would in the future lead to improvement of public transportation service of České Budějovice.
Tourism for Disabled People

The main goal of the bachelor´s thesis was to analyse the conditions for development of tourism for disabled people an analysis of the potential of selected cities in the Czech Republic. The first part of bachelor thesis in consist of theoretical definitions of chosen topic. The other parts have provided informatik, what the accommodation facilities provide services selected for disabled people in the cities of České Budějovice and Český Krumlov. On the last part of bachelor´s thesis were identified needs and requirements of the specific segment. Based on the results were prepared new product and proposes measures that will facilitate the travel of disabled persons.
Services to customer in selected shop

Retail services represent a very wide range of activities can take many forms, and their importance may vary. In order to analyze these services had to be given the scale of this study selected a particular retail unit, which offers enough services, while here these services play a relatively important role. For this purpose, has been selected shop offe-ring consumer electronics, which is part of the electrical chain OKAY. The aim was to assess the current situation in the provision of services in the retail unit and on the basis of these findings then suggest suitable measures that could possibly help to improve this situation. During this analysis were determined range, as well as quality and prices of indivi-dual services. Services were assigned through a selected one of the operations in the pre-literature search, sales and after sales and distribution was carried out on paid and unpaid services. Some (mainly paid) services were then compared with the services offered by competing shop, located less than 2 km from selected retail unit. The data needed to perform this analysis was obtained on the basis of observation and investigation in the selected drive. Observations took the form of purchases from the position of the simulated fictitious customer. Subsequent investigation then took place in the form of an interview with sales manager and regional manager for electrical OKAY. Information thus obtained, were then used for the analysis, processing services. The next stage of investigation held, by individual consumers in the form of inquiry. The results of this investigation, then served as the basis for the development of synthetic parts of the analysis. Based on the shortcomings of the proposed measures, which should contribute to the improvement of services in selected retail unit, while it was recommended to introduce some new services that are currently in the shop of this type should not be missed. All these measures were designed to minimize impact on the cost of running the store.
The competitive ability of Česká pošta in the transportation of packages

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the competitive ability of Česká pošta in the transportation of packages. The thesis focuses on in-state transportation of packages up to 30 kg with a guarantee of delivery within 1 day. The practical part is concerned with the analysis of competitors, competitive analysis and SWOT analysis. Subsequently, recommendations for improvement in the company's situation in in-state transportation of packages are made.
Premises increase the competitiveness of consumer cooperatives in regions

Main purpose of this thesis was based on the analysis of the current situation and retail trends suggest the possibility of increasing competitiveness of consumer cooperatives, improve their market position and reach expected level of customer services in Czech retail market. Responses of consumer cooperatives customers correspond with other retail market customers. The introduction on the modern technologies is not required by customers and they would rather welcome the enlargement of existing retail services, especially the readable information on the packaging. Consumer cooperatives customers would like to use the loyalty program. The best option in that case would be the loyalty program on the central level to be available to all customers from consumer cooperatives. The implementation of detected solutions would help expand the existing base of consumer cooperatives customers and improve their position in the Czech retail market.
Analysis of services in selected guesthouse in region Liberec and concept of it's future development

To create this work, the author chose guesthouse Daro in Liberec because of a family relationship with the owner of this guesthouse and the opportunity to help improvement of guesthouse services. Improvements should serve to get more satisfied customers. At first the author studied literature to obtain information for the development work, such as information about tourism, services and marketing. It was further necessary to characterize tourism in the region Liberec. To find out which service upgrade or expand, there was collected information directly from customers via questionnaire. The questionnaires revealed that customers cannot use the pool on the guesthouse ground. On the basis survey results author developed a new business plan about pool enclosure. This extension serves to enable customers to use the pool even in bad weather.

The bachelor thesis was focused on the analysis of services provided by ?Poradenského centra při Svazu neslyšících a nedoslýchavých? (The Centre for Deaf and Hearing-Impaired), especially on the process of providing services and its quality. Firstly, there was a study of the specialized literature. Afterwards, there was the practical part, in which the Centre was introduced, the funding was evaluated and a questionnaire research was assessed. Everything was evaluated and then some improvements were suggested.
