In the first part of the master thesis there are theoretical notes. In the second part there are introduced characteristic of company, individual parts of strategic analysis and evaluation of the results of these analysis. The last part concern recommendation, which should have a positive impact on the further development of the family company.

This diploma deals with development strategy of company. Subject of analysis is one of the world’s biggest car rental company, it’s Czech part to be more specific. This thesis analyses company according to analytics methods taught during the study, most important is The Strategic analysis. Results of the analysis part reveals a weak spot – absence of utility vehicles, which are offered by company’s foreign offices also by local competitors. Method of minimal costs was used for developing and presenting one specific solution to eliminate the weak spot.

Based on the analysis, I created an education plan or a model that has goal to enhance training effectiveness as well as to improve information technology know-how and use within the company in order to increase the company profit and at the same time help employees in their professional growth and thus enhance their loyalty and personal satisfaction.

Bachelor thesis deals with the cycling conditions in the city of Brno.The first theoretical part is dedicated to the advantages of theurban traffic on a bicycle, the possibilities of further development and funding. The second part of the work analyzes the current conditions of cycling transport in Brno and the society use of routes. The last part of the thesis contains a custom proposal for the implementation of cycling routes in the selected location,which could help expand the cycling route network in Brno.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate premises of creativity development of current sales representatives Nilfisk-Advance, Ltd and on the basis of this knowledge to recommend certain methods to improve the performance of individual sales representatives. To meet this goal, the theoretical part describes relevant findings for examining the premises of current employees on the basis of literature and analytical part on the theoretical background maps actual performance and premises of creativity of existing sales force analyzed company. Outcome of the diploma thesis is the formulation of relevant recommendations for the development of the employees and company.

This thesis deals with the business plan of a company development BRISK. The practical part includes the analysis of the present condition of the company (sales, competition, SWOT analysis). Subsequently, a proposal to purchase equipment companies other machines. This proposal is processed in two variants, including their evaluation and final recommendations.
