The subject of the bachelor thesis is a design documentation for detached house. The object is situated in the South – Moravian region, in the city of Moravské Knínice. The detached house is designed as 4+1 for housing and workshop. The building has two above-ground floors. The garage for two cars is the part of the house. This new building is designed as permanent housing for a four member family. Vertical load bearing structures are made from grinding hollow bricks. Horizontal load bearing structures are composed from clay inserts.The object is covered with a shed roof. The land is gently sloping, accessible from the local street.

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is a newly detached built with two-storey and none basement, with garage and a barrier-free establishment in the place Brno - Sadova. Each object is covered by a flat roof. Vertical structures are designed from ceramic blocks and ceiling structures are designed as a system ceramic-concrete ceilings and monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The building at the level of the first floor is divided into three parts, namely a shop of animals and pet supplies, double garages and daily subsistence part. On the second floor there is a quiescent residential area.

The bachelor thesis deals with designing a family house with a business premises in Dvůr Králové nad Labem at a level of a project documentation for the building realization. The family house is located at parcel no. 2294/71, Dvůr Králové nad Labem territory. The building object is without a basement and with two above-ground floors with a wall construction system from brick blocks POROTHERM, based on strip foundations from concrete and covered with a flat roof. In the house there is a bussines premises of the person who lives there. The Business premises is used for administrative purposes. The entrance to the house is located at the north-west side and the entrace to the working part is located at the north-east side.

Detached House with Two Flats in Uhřínov

The bachelor thesis deals with a design of a detached house which includes two interconnected apartments. The property is situated on the edge of the town called Uhřínov, near Velké Meziříčí. The house is intended for a 5-member family and two grandparents, one of which is wheelchair dependent that is why one of the apartments is wheelchair accessible. The building has two floors and no basement. In the southeast part of the property a garage with a workshop is designed. The building is designed to be built from the construction system KM BETA. The construction of the ceiling is designed from reinforced concrete and the construction of the roof is made of two girder roofs with its incline of 10°.

The content of this thesis is elaboration of technical documentation for realization of a new villa in a hillside. The building is situated in Čejkovice village in steep terrain. It has two floors and a flat roof. The structural system of the building is created of structural concreate and of ceramic blocks HELUZ, ceiling structure is of prestressed concrete. There are two parking spaces infront of the house.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with design of timber frame detached house with workshop. The house is situated in the region in the Vysočina village Budišov cadastral district Budišov. The object is in a steep land. The basement is made of permanent shuttering blocks and the overhead construction is timberwork frame construction with an attic. The house is designed for four people. The work contains drawings and technical descriptions and it is composed as an implementing project.

The main topic of this Bachelor thesis is design of the family house with attached place of business - grower distillery. Building consist of living part with 2 floors (where one is the attic), garage and place of business. Construction is designed for four to five person family. Building site is located in southwestern part of the municipality Ptení, direction to the Holubice village. This part is new development area for family houses. Work consist of the project documentation for construction, the technical report and seminar papers. The topic of the seminar work is flooring – mainly features and requirements of wear layer.
