Design of Company Communication Mix

This diploma thesis deals with improving communication mix of selected business entity. The first part describes, from a theoretical point of view, marketing, environment analysis, marketing mix, communication mix tools and marketing research. The following section describes the analytical work of the selected entity, the current communication and marketing mix. This section also contains a general and industry analysis of environment, SWOT analysis and marketing research. In the last section I propose a new communication mix to improve the situation in the company and increasing sales.

Includes brief overview of energy legislation, namely to the rights and obligations of distributors of electricity, energy traders and customers. Furthermore, the work deals with the researches of the energy market in the Czech Republic, the different rates of selected suppliers and evaluating their suitability for the customer.

Master´s thesis presents the proposal of firm expansion for the company which is exclusively czech retail system of shops of food and convenience stores. The objective of the thesis is an optimization of the strategy in a such way, which will ensure to gain a competitive advantage, perspective and healthy growth of the company in next years. The first part of the thesis is focused on a summary of teoretical knowledge, which is concerning given problems. In the next part of the thesis analysis of the company is made and on the basis of the analysis there are some possible solutions suggested.
Customer satisfaction analysis at MANN+HUMMEL (CZ) Přibyslavice

This master's thesis is concerned with the analysis of customer satisfaction with the company MANN+ HUMMEL (CZ). In the theoretical part it is concerned with the explanation of the fundamental terms which connect with these problems and methods of satisfaction recognition. Then the company characterization and present conditions of the solution to these problems follow. In the practical part there is customer satisfaction determined by the questionnaire method in combination with direct interviews with the customers. The questionnaires are subsequently evaluated. The proposals arise from the research results. They should bring improvement in customer satisfaction, including the introduction of the cost of the implementation of these steps.
Concept for Organizational Culture Change in a Company

The aim of the thesis is to propose changes in organizational culture in a selected company. In the first part of my work the most important theoretical concepts are described such as definition of organizational culture, elements of organizational culture or methods of organizational culture analysis. Second part is then focused on the identification of the current organizational culture, using a questionnaire survey and semi-standardized interviews. Based on the results of the research of the given methods, concrete proposals are defined to improve the current situation.
Cavitation onset by liquid acceleration

The main goal of bachelor’s thesis is description of complex phenomenon of cavitation caused by acceleration and design of experiment focusing on its observation. Thesis consist of two parts. Theoretic research focusing on basic information about cavitation, its formation and significance. Second part is design of experimental observation with help of high-speed camera, evaluation of possible complications which may occur and their solution. Conclusion proposes possible application for research in area of wastewater treatment.

My thesis will serve as a monitoring tool for the management of an educational division in company BooK s.r.o.. This monitoring will consist in setting up a new form of monitoring feedback mechanism with help of a made-to-measure web application created by me. The feedback check will reflect the customer’s satisfaction with services provided by this company as well as the evaluation of employees concerned. Creation of this new form of feedback was requested directly by the company management of BooK s.r.o. and the implementation and using itself will bring benefits the company primarily in automatization of the monitoring process and time factor. At the same time this application will serve as a tool for evaluation of satisfaction of the customers whose opinions are crucial for the company’s success and improvement of the standard of the provided services which will result in increasing the company’s competitiveness.

Importance and use of marketing tools

This diploma thesis has several objectives. The first one is to analyse current situation of ABC s.r.o. in relation to marketing tools used by this company. The second objective is to compare mentioned tools with marketing tools used by a smaller enterprise. Other aims of this thesis are analysis of the use of marketing tools and analysis of their impact on consumers (customers) while using method of questionnaire (survey). The work is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. Theoretical part explains essence of marketing, its evolution, basic principles and terms. Some of these methods are practically used in the second part of the work while analysing the situation of the company. The last part of the work includes marketing plan which should support company’s strategy and an evaluation of its impact on the cash flows of the enterprise and their effective use in marketing.
