Círal, Gabriela Sarah ; Tureckiová, Michaela (advisor) ; Liška, Roman (referee)
Most kindergartens in the Czech Republic are managed by a headmaster/ headmistress and their deputies (depending on the size of the kindergarten). There are also some kindergartens which fall within the management of a primary, or even a secondary school in the particular municipality, and the function of a headmaster/ headmistress is performed by the primary/ secondary school principal. If that is the case, the kindergarten headteacher position is introduced, who is not a deputy but is in charge of the kindergarten and responsible to the principal. This thesis examines the competencies of a kindergarten headteacher as an educational institution leader. The aim of the thesis is to research kindergarten headteachers' job competencies and job description in South-Bohemia Region (Jihočeský kraj). In the theoretical section, the thesis focuses on a headteacher's position, what professional requirements there are in such a position; what the measure of participation in the organisation management, and the headteacher's approach towards interpersonal relationship in the workplace is. Supervision in education
ŠLEISOVÁ, Jana
The bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of supervision in education. Supervision is almost unknown in most schools. It acts as an independent professional support for professionals. It is used in fields where intensive work is done with relationship or emotions. The condition of supervision is voluntary. The school supervisor works with adults and their opinions, emotions, relationships, and problems. At present, supervision is more often used in consulting or in education. It is basically an educational activity, a way to self-knowledge. Through it, the work with relational issues is improved, which is important in the teaching profession. The aim of this work is to analyse and describe the current attitude of pedagogical workers in education to supervision. A partial goal is to create a recommended procedure for the introduction of supervision in selected schools. A qualitative method, a method of interviewing and an uncontrolled interview technique were used to fulfil the above-mentioned goal. Based on these findings, it was recommended to introduce supervision to selected schools. At the same time, these findings revealed the specifics of introducing supervision into education. Supervision in education has an educational function, the target groups are pupils, supervised teachers, and supervisors. The bachelor thesis can serve as an inspiration and motivation for introducing supervision to more schools.

Title: Regulatory Issues of Organizing Outdoor Activities Objectives: The objective of this thesis was to analyse legal environment in relation to organizing programs for outdoor sports and outdoor activities, and to analyse terms and conditions for acquiring the necessary qualification. Methods: I performed analysis of the legal environment by applying descriptive analysis, in particular using document analysis as regards their content. I acquired further data based on consultation with experts in the area of individual activities, methodology and legal regulation. I organized and summarized the acquired data. Conclusions: The analysis demonstrated lack of uniformity and visible fragmentation of the regulation, which is missing overall recommendations and rules for outdoor sports and outdoor activities. Part of the rules is also contained in non-binding directives, having no legal force. I also discovered that the system of further education undergoes a transitory period. Implemented changes should lead to better clarity of the legal environment. However, the present development demonstrates that the process will be slow and demanding. Also, next to the general qualification system, there are subsystems used by certain subjects for their internal use. Further education of pedagogical staff is...
