It focuses on project phases and activities that belong to each stage. It describes the procedure for scheduling and other imnportant methods of the project management. The practical part deals with the application of theoretical knowledge and organization of the reconstruction project of the selected road.

My bachelor thesis deals with the improvement during the engagement in the company ELEKTROINSTAL NR s.r.o. This comapany provided me with all the information needed to be able to analyze and describe the current course of the contract. Subsequently, according to processing the analysis I presented proposals that may lead to improvements not only during the engagement, but the entire benefit of the company.

In this work I focus on analysis of ongoing realization of projec „“Revitalisation of location „Na Kněžsku“ which is deal with reconstruction current retention reservoir in Kateřince and after that I use this finding direction about pre-realization stage of future project of construction of new reservoir with poder also in Kateřince in the area “Za pilou“. The aim of work is optimization course of action in this stage of project towards to time and money savings.

Specifically in the company Cimbria HMD Ltd. Litomyšl which deals with manufacturing and servicing of after-harvest machinery. The theoretical part deals with information about project management. According to identified deficiencies from analysis of the current status of the contract, I deal with on its improvement.

This bachelor thesis focuses on making of business plan expansion of company SEEIF Ceramic, a.s. It consists of three main parts. The first part is theoretical and it describes making of business plan. The following part is analytic which makes any conclusions for solution in third part. This thesis tries to find some opportunities and weaknesses in production part of company and after that it suggests bussiness plan that would help company to improve sales, quality of products and stabilize position on czech and also foreign market.
