Project management of highway repair

The diploma thesis deals with the project of repairing of the motorway section and designes the most suitable construction variant. The aim of this work is to select the most suitable variant of repair of the highway section. Consequently to propose a method for reducing possible risks. The diploma thesis contains three variants of construction of the motorway, the shortest variant 3 was selected from all. The option 3 has the lowest cost and uses resources of associated companies most effectively. For this variant was necessary to reduce the potential risks - the risk connected with the completion before the winter technological break. The method of compression and acceleration was used to eliminate the risk. The selection was made on the basis of an economic evaluation of the construction company, especially the financial situation. According to financial indicators was found that the company is in a suitable financial situation for the project to repair the highway section.

This bachelor thesis deals with the creation of a web application for project management using the agile Kanban methodology. The application must be implemented according to the requirements of SEACOMP s.r.o., which will use it. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the issue of project management and describes the technologies used in the development of the application. The practical part of the thesis contains a description of the application design and specific parts of its implementation. The resulting application was tested by the company's employees and evaluated at the end of the thesis.

Project Risk Management in a Selected Organization

This diploma thesis deals with risk management of the chosen project in a construction company, processing of possible risks and a proposal of potential measures. The methods of project management are used to achieve the main goal. The substantial part is an analysis of the current state of DOLP s.r.o., following with other methods such as an analysis of inside and outside surroundings and the final analysis SWOT, where the weaknesses and strenghts are evaluated, opportunities and threats. Some possible risks of the project were obtained on the grounds of made analyses provided with corrective measures.

Proposal of Property Management for a Selected Office Building as Part of a Development Project

Presented master thesis deals with topics regarding developing activities and developing process. Preface defines terms used in developing environment and in related activities. Following part proposes a design of developing company structure and describes members of a project team. This thesis also describes partial activities leading toward execution of developing project in all its phases. Following part defines factors contributing to the projects progress. Risk analysis and risk mitigation activities are also described. Furthermore, a description of a typical company is presented along with its needs for office area. To conclude with, design of property management is described with emphasis on management within the project.

Risk Management of the Nuclear Power Plant Completion Project

The diploma thesis focuses on risk management of a selected nuclear power plant completion project. The first part outlines the theoretical background. The second part defines the goals to be achieved. The third part deals with the methods that are used in the fourth part of the document to analyze the company, its surroundings and project risk analysis. Part of this chapter is the identification and evaluation of risks using the RIPRAN method. In the last part of the document, measures are proposed to reduce the probability of occurrence or impact of risks on the project.

Risk Project Management of Modernization of Hardening Room

This diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of a project proposal in a selected engineering company, including risk analysis and design of a risk monitoring process. To achieve the main goal, an analysis of the current state of the company was prepared, analyzes in terms of internal and external influences acting on the company were applied, and a final SWOT analysis was prepared from them. In the design part, special methods of project management and risk analysis using the RIPRAN method were applied. Based on the applied methods, measures leading to the reduction of risk value were proposed and a risk monitoring process was designed.

The theoretical part is focused on the explanation of basic concepts and methods, that are used in the field of project management. The practical part deals with the organization of a construction project of a chosen private company. The company represents the investor of the project as well as the main supplier. The thesis describes the organization of the pre-investment phase of the project, specifically the use of an unutilized land.

Organization and course of construction contract

The topic of my bachelor thesis is the organization and development of a construction contract. The theoretical part explains, what project management is, describe life cycle of the construction, assessment the price of the construction work and which software is used. In the practical part is the description of the contractor and how the construction proceeded. Subsequently, my alternative procedure is described and its valued by the expert estimate and with the price system. The aim is to evaluate the differences between the real and alternative progress of construction.
