The bachelor thesis focuses on analyzing the marketing mix of a company that manufactures and distributes pools to various European countries, followed by proposals for its improvement. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part deals with theoretical foundations related to the topic of the thesis. The second part includes an analysis of the current state of the company, which results in identifying shortcomings or areas for improvement. The third and final part presents proposals based on the analysis of the current state of the company.

In my bachelor thesis I deal with concept of play and toy. Their origin, proces and impact on the user. The goal is to offer a product, that can provide benefits of constructive play and overall playful behavior in an accessible and easy way.
Development and analysis of a database of reactions catalyzed by cytochrome P450 enzymes for machine learning applications

Cytochrome P450 enzymes are hemoproteins showing extraordinary di- versity in the reactions they catalyze. We developed a database containing all the needed data to provide a comprehensive data source on reactions cat- alyzed by cytochrome P450 enzymes. This data mainly includes information about the substrates, products of characterized reactions, and the sequence of these enzymes. The database was developed by collecting data from reliable protein and reaction databases like UniProt and RHEA. The work presents an in-depth analysis of the created database of reactions catalyzed by cy- tochrome P450 enzymes. This database can be utilized for future machine learning approaches to predict the function of uncharacterized cytochrome P450s.

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu současného marketingového mixu společnosti Forky’s. Teoretická část práce pojednává o základních pojmech marketingu a marketingového mixu, které jsou následně v analytické části použity na vybraném podniku. Praktická část dále obsahuje návrh na zlepšení aktuálního marketingového mixu a především návrh na zefektivnění propagace, s cílem upevnění pozice na trhu a získání nových zákazníků.
Marketing plan for a social and entertainment company specialising in French gastronomy and culture

The bachelor thesis is focused on the creation of a marketing plan for a new social-entertainment enterprise specialized in French gastronomy and culture, which will enter the market in Humpolec. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part is consists of literary research and methodology. Firstly, I learned literature based on marketing, food service, coffee, and wine. In this part, key concepts were defined, with which I worked further in the practical part. The methodology of the work focus on aim of the bachelor thesis, the research questions, the principle of marketing research and the methods through which the research was carried out. The practical part consist of interpretation of data obtained during marketing research, description of the location, analysis of potential customers and competitors. Then, the marketing plan for the new enterprise was created.
The awareness of fairtrade products in the selected retail chain

The bachelor thesis deals with Fairtrade products in a specific retail chain. The main goal is a survey on the awareness of Fairtrade products in the retail chain Kaufland. The work discusses the importance of the Fairtrade concept, the recognition of Fairtrade products and the reasons for the spread among consumer awareness. It is also focused on marketing research. The data are obtained through a questionnaire survey which reveals the behaviour of shoppers of Fairtrade products in the retail chain Kaufland. Based on the results, possible recommendations are proposed on how to make the products visible and raise awareness among consumers.

The aim of this work is to find out how consumers perceive regional brands. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the consumer, his behavior and the factors that affect consumers. The theory also includes the concept of brand, product labeling and regional brands themselves. There are also examples of the most famous regional brands and what is the goal of these brands. In the practical part we will meet with the survey itself. This section mentions the assumptions and their later comparison with the results themselves. Here we also find graphical processing of answers from respondents. Most of the results agree with the assumptions that are written at the beginning of the practical part, some are even better than their expectations.

The bachelor's thesis is focused on researching the attitude towards fair trade products and their awareness among customers in a selected retail chain. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to describe the history and current situation of the brand on the Czech market and to define how people perceive this brand and understand its principles and to what extent it affects consumer behavior when purchasing fair trade products.

The work analyses the attitude of the holders and representatives of the general pu- blic to this brand. It also deals with the overall problems of product life. The research is based on a questionnaire survey method. In conclusion, the strengths and weaknesses of the brand of the Quality Vitality plus are summarized and the basic recommendations are outlined.

This bachelor thesis finds out what is the awareness of fair trade among students of the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice and it also finds out what students know about fair trade and how they perceive it. The literature overview contains the necessary information to get acquainted with the fair trade idea and the movement itself, and in addition there is a theory of marketing research. The part with my own work contains hypotheses and results of a questionnaire survey, which was conducted among students of the already mentioned faculty.
