Characteristic properties of axial stages of working machines

This bachelor work is dealing with conclusion of basic characteristic of axial stages working machines. First part of this thesis presents the characteristics of principle behind every turbomachinery therefore not only the working machine but turbine as well. In the end of the first part the basic equations, which may be needed in the construction of such machines. Second part focuses on characteristic features, which are the same or very similar throughout axial turbomachinery. The last part of this thesis works with usage of different work machines in the industry. It is also mentioned here why are the axial turbomachinery work machines used instead of radial or tangential work machines

The Master´s thesis „Stress evaluation, coping and reduction” deals with a very up-to-date subject of employees stress. It analyzes stress types, development, symptoms and influence on health and work results of employees. It also concentrates on factors which evoke the stress, their identification and elimination in corporate environment. The first part of my thesis focuses on theoretical analysis of the above-mentioned issues. Second, practical part deals with the process of finding and evaluting stress factors in a logistic company and its employees. Final part focuses on project of elimination of stress and its factors in the company.

Master's thesis is focused on work conditions area in selected company, especially on occupational health and safety. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze work conditions, which are in the company nowadays, and to create suggestion, which should lead to the correction of eventual gaps. This correction should lead to the improvement of the work conditions in the company, and should be also acceptable for the company.
