This thesis has developed a draft business plan for the establishment of a private kindergarten in a small town. The kindergarten will be established as a limited liability company. The work consists of three parts. In the theoretical part of the thesis a business plan is defined and the individual parts are characterized. The second part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of the current market situation. In the last part all individual parts of the private kindergarten business plan are detailed and also financial analysis, risks analysis and their limitations.

This thesis deals with creation of business plan for realization of food shop which con-centrates on selling pastries. This shop will offer a wide range of pastries to its custom-ers, own cold food and another products as well. The theoretical part of my thesis is devoted to simply definition of business plan, general characteristics of business and possible types of companies and also to basic re-quirements for processing of business plan. In the next part there are processed analysis of actual situation at the market. Subse-quently there is compiled specific business plan for establishment of bakery shop. As a part of this chapter there is evaluation of risks as well and the business plan of future company. At the end of this thesis there are valorized filing of the aims and verification of the hypothesis.

The subject of this thesis is the elaboration of a complete business plan for a new guest house. The work is divided into two parts. The first part deals with theoretical solutions needed for a new business in the hotel industry. The theoretical part is followed by a practical part, which is processed in several types of analyzes designed to identify the company itself and its competition. Analysis also serves as a source of information to create a business plan of the new guest house, which will be able to succeed in competitive challenges and become a thriving enterprise.

The main objective of this thesis is a business plan - buying a new machine. The operational objective is to design a variety of financing options and choose the best of them, and then assess the efficiency of investment. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of basic concepts relating to the company and its surroundings, business plan, risk assessment and evaluation of economic efficiency of investment. In the practical part deals with specific business purpose and the purchase of a new machine in the company. I'm thinking here of various financing alternatives and then choosing the best of them while judging whether the investment is acceptable for the company or not.

Get & Invest is a young company focused on real estate and construction, financing. Among other things, for exapmle, provides legal services. In this thesis, I will deal with all aspects that are directly related to business plan. This is an analysis of the market, customers, suppliers and competitors. I also determine the price for rendered services. The objective of this thesis is to propose a comprehensive model of management of investment real estate. This model will include both the costs associated with the operation of these properties, as well as their economic evaluation in time.
