Froněk, Jan ; Šerák, Michal (advisor) ; Hermochová, Soňa (referee) ; Malach, Josef (referee)
Mgr. Jan Froněk, disertační práce, Katedra andragogiky a personálního řízení FF UK v Praze Abstract The dissertation thesis presents varieties of games and simulations in the field of adult education and specializes particularly in role-play and simulation classifications, with the emphasis on presenting case examples of the applications of the methods. To reach the objectives of the dissertation, first of all resources analysis had been made (both scientific resources and practical toolkits). Then the acquired knowledge was reframed into a terminological framework that had existed before, yet had not been defined specifically enough and explicitly for the field of adult education. The second pillar of the thesis represents a survey that was conducted among adult educators. The thesis consists of six main chapters: it is introduced by a general chapter on games, plays and their characteristics and definition (also from adult educator's perspective). A chapter on simulation and gaming classification follows (Chap. 2), from which the largest part of this work is drawn: a detailed categorization of role-play (Chap. 3) and simulation (Chap. 4) varieties. Some of the Czech as well as international simulation and gaming organisations are mentioned (Chap. 5). In the 6th chapter, results from a survey are...
Competences of pre-school teachers in drama teaching
Mňuková, Dita ; Marušák, Radek (advisor) ; Holemá, Irena (referee)
The thesis is divided into two blocks - the theoretical part and the empirical part. The first chapter of the theoretical part deals with pre-school education in general, with the educational mission of kindergartens in compliance with the FEP PSE, with pre- school age specifics, with a kindergarten teacher and his/her professional competences. The second and the third chapters deal with drama education in a kindergarten and with competences of pre-school teachers in drama teaching. In the empirical part I explore the approach to drama education in pre-school education in Jindřichův Hradec and preparedness of local teachers in the field of competences in drama teaching. The research has shown that most teachers consider drama education one of the most important elements of pre-school education. They have social and personality competences, among which they include empathy, understanding, tolerance, patience and ability to develop positive relations among children. However hardly anyone is concerned with theory.

Strobachová, Ingrid ; Pinc, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Haškovcová, Helena (referee) ; Hogenová, Anna (referee)
The purpose of my dissertation is to analyze and further elaborate upon its main topic: the questions that are of a mutual deep interest to both medicine and philosophy. The dissertation has three parts. In the first part, I will introduce some of the key terms that will be used throughout the text. The second part, central to my work, is concerned with three possibilities that are offered to us - play and playing, dream and dreaming, poetic being - all become the places where comprehending, listening (to both the speech and the silence) and responding materialize. Playing, dreaming, poetic being - each offers our daily reality the beauty of transcending its borders without destroying them; in fact, they become a free spirited, passionate interest that enhances and makes valuable the ordinariness and finiteness of our daily lives. Freedom and Responsibility; I and the Other Person; Illness and Hope - each having its physical aspect and each being considered through the dimensions of seriousness and unseriousness, reason and unreason - will be rethought through playing, dreaming and poetic being, providing new insights of an engaged, passionate practice of philosophy and medicine. The third part, concerned with application on the two areas - I, the Child, and the Parenthood; and the Therapist and...
