The analytical part describes company as a whole, analyzes current state of order processing in this company and evaluates it. In the pactical part of the project are mentioned informations about the company B&Q and is made own proposal to optimalize process of particular order.

This thesis has been elaborated as a proposal of a business plan for establishment of a small-scale production company in the area of sitting furniture without any inner reinforcement. The business activity is supposed to be run as only licenced at the start with a perspective to subsequently change into a limited liability company as a legal entity. The thesis has been subdivided into: theoretical part, which clarifies fundamental notions and limits the issue of the practical part, which contains the business plan itself, marketing strategy and the prospects of realisation of this business intention.

It consists of the theoretical part, which is important for the development of analytical and design part. The analytical part is focused on market research and its surroundings. The most important part of the business plan is a proposal, which includes calculations, the estimated incomes and expenditures, and financial statements, which should contribute to the entrepreneurs during the establishment of the coffee house.
