The design part which deals with processing business plan is concentrated on the sphere of general theoretical findings in the field of enterprise and responds to stimulations on the basis of analysis in the analytical part. The main purpose of this thesis is to find out wheather a constructors business plan can be implemented in practice.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the managerial cost management in the company. The theoretical part provides literature and internet sources. In this part is described accounting systems, the tasks of management accounting, budgeting and costs of the company. Here is also described the production of managerial decision making and strategic planning. Analytical part is focused on the description of the selected company, its organizational structure, production program, competitiveness, technological processes and education of employees in the company. From the balance sheet and profit and loss account is processed horizontal and vertical analysis of the years 2012 to 2014. In the conclusion is described proposals for improvement of managerial accounting and cost optimization in the company.

Study of the Order Processing Management with the Focus on Manufacturing Process Management

This master thesis is focused on process of production management and scheduling in a selected company. In the first part the selected company has been described. The theoretical part contains an explanation of terms that relates to this topic. In the practical part, a process analysis of the current state of the process of production management and scheduling has been carried out, which detected certain deficiencies related to this process. The identified deficiencies are further interpreted and on the basis of the theoretical part, has been proposed a solution, which should lead to the elimination of these problems. In the final part of the thesis, the benefits of the proposed solution are determined.

Automated Planning and Scheduling in Manufacturing

Thesis deals with a problem of automated planning and scheduling in manufacturing. Problem is formally defined by mathematical model Resource Constrained Project Scheduling Problem. Based on this model scheduling system was developed, which is using the optimizer based on Genetic algoritms. Developed system was then tested in real manufacturing. System can also visualize schedules in form of Gantt chart.

The content of the bachelor thesis is the use of project management methods in practise, specifically in the creation of a new brand of Mamtex, s. r. o. First part is devoted to theoretical background, which one is then used for the practical part itself. The analytical part focuses on current procedures for planning and implementation of existing projects. Following this, the design part deals with the entire life cycle of the project from the first idea to its successful completion. The conclusion contains a summary of the project.

Differential chassis mobile robot trajectory planning

This work speaks about a suggestion of trajectory of mobile robot with nonholonomic movement limits and differential chassis while passing through a “T“ shaped crossroad. In the theoretical part some methods generally used to solve this task of planning a trajectory of the robot will be explained. In the practical part this task will be solved by an algorithm for searching the optimal trajectory to pass through the crossroad.
