The master thesis deals with the evaluation of the management of Technical services Rosice allowance organization. The aim of this thesis is based on a thorough analysis of the revenue and expenditure side of the budget of the selected organization to evaluate its operations and propose partial measures that will optimize costs and increase revenue. The first part of the thesis discusses the theoretical knowledge. The second part analyzes the revenue and expenditure of the organization and evaluates the management of the organization. The third part contains suggestions and recommendations for improving the management of budgetary organization Technical Services Rosice.

The Analysis of Event Marketing by Student Organisation

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the marketing communication in non-profit organization focusing on organizing events and related event marketing. The aim of the analysis is to prepare the groundwork for the creation and implementation of new, unique event that will fill in the accompanying programme of a specific project. The work is divided into three parts: theoretical, analytical and proposal. The analytical part focuses on cultural activities in public spaces with focus on students and the public in order to prepare a unique event. Based on this analysis, the specific event is designed and incorporated into the communication mix of company. The diploma thesis also describes detailed implementation and assesses the whole progress of the event.

The bachelor thesis deals with an evaluation of a finance situation of the Technical museum in Brno in the years 2012 - 2014. The first part is focused on theoretical knowledge in the area of a non-profit sector, the contributory organization and their sources of funding. In the second part, based on cost-benefit analysis, economic situation of the museum is assessed. The last part of the thesis contains such proposed recommendations, which should lead to increase in funding of the museum.

Practical part provides the theoretical background knowledge of the practical realization of the visit and evaluate its impact on the stakeholder groups.

The first part of this work summarizes the theoretical knowledge of the topic, the second part focuses on the economic analysis, and the last part contains suggestions and recommendations to improve the economy of the organization.

The master’s thesis focuses on a theme of burnout syndrome in a non-profit sector. The theoretical part deals with motivation, work performance and a description of a non-profit organization. This part also describes the burnout syndrom, its processes and burnout prevention in connection with a non-profit organization. The practical part deals with the occurence of burnout syndrome in a selected non-profit organization. I also focus on the analysis of motivation and work performance relating the burnout syndrome. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the burnout syndrome occurence in the particular organization and create maasures to eliminate the burnout. ¨.

Bachelor´s thesis deals with evaluation of the finance situation in students´ organization BEST Brno at Brno University of Technology. The aim of this work is to analyze earnings and expenditures, evaluate economy of the organization and propose recommendations for improvement of the organizations´ finance situation. This analysis results from theoretical background covered the first part of this works. In the second part of this study is presented analysis of earnings and expenditures and third part is focused on recommendations related to improvement of the financial situation in the students´ organization.
