Practical Use of Cloud Systems in Project Management

V této bakalářské práci se zaměříme na popis cloudových systémů a jejich využití v projektovém plánování neziskové organizace. První část této práce se zabývá teoretickým úvodem do cloudových systémů. Následně budou popsány vlastnosti několika nejznámějších cloudových systémů. Představené cloudové systémy budou poté porovnány pro použití při plánování konkrétního projektu. V závěru se pokusíme vybrat optimální cloudové řešení.

The bachelor thesis deals with evaluation of the financial situation of selected organization Liga o.p.s. in 2011-2016. The thesis is divided into four parts, the first part deals with the aim of the work. The theoretical part describes the non-profit sector and primarily focuses on non-profit organizations. Then analytical part follows, that deals with the analysis of the current state of the company. Last part contains own solution proposals.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the economic and fundraising activities of a selected non-governmental non-profit organization, Charita Moravská Třebová. At the beginning of the thesis are determined the goals and applied methodical approaches. The next part includes theoretical approaches required for the processing of the analytical part. This part is followed by the summarization of the development of the economic and fundraising activities and on the grounds of performed analysis are drawed up alternative options for raising funds.

This bachelor‘s thesis deals with the economic activities of the state-funded institution, from the cultural area, namely the theatre called Horácké divadlo Jihlava. The work is divided into three parts. The first part describes a theoretical knowledge, the second one acquaints with the current organization’s situation. At the end, the work incorporates recommendations for a cost optimization and a financial situation improvement compiled on the basis of the previous analysis of the public sector organization.

This diploma’s thesis deals with a problem of the project management in connection with the founding of non-profit organizations. The aim of this thesis is to create a project proposal, which would allow founding of a non-profit organization and ensuring its financing. The non-profit organization will be founded in order to arrange the leisure activities of children and youth. During the making of the project proposal the methods which are being used in the project management by the international organization IPMA were used.

The first part defines objectives of the thesis and the methods used. The second part includes the theoretical basis needed to underestand the issue. After that follows an analysis of the current economic of the organization and overal assessment of the financial situation. In the last part contains suggestions for improving the financial situation of the organization.
