Pilot project on flexibility management at LV level

The thesis deals with the topic of flexibility, especially on the demand side. It includes the definition of terms related to the issue, the basic principles of operation and possibilities of use. The main researched branch of the study is the usage of the flexibility potential of heat pumps. The work is based on real data from a pilot project executed in the winter of 2021/22, which examines the portfolio of households with a heat pump and observes the possibilities of using flexibility, its management and especially the impact on load change depending on the estabilished baseline.
Proposal of measures in the low voltage network for the implementation of renewable sources and electromobility according to scenarios NAP SG

The thesis analyzes legislative and strategic documents of the European Union and the Czech Republic which set targets in environment and energy area in 2030, alternatively in 2040. The individual chapter is dedicated to national action plans, where the most important is National Action Plan for Smart Grids setting specific requirements for future development of smart grids. The thesis contains analysis of distribution network in the municipality of Následovice and simplifying assumptions for the implementation of calculation. There are also introduced scenarios which have been used for the calculation of the distribution network with its results. Potential defects of the distribution network are commented with suggested solutions. The calculations were repeated to verify the solutions. Results are recapitulated in an individual chapter. Graphical outputs of the calculations can be found in the attachement.

Proposed model of transformed care for vulnerable children

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the concept of the new model of transformed care of the vulnerable children. Its aim is the description and introduction to concept of the new model of transformed care of the vulnerable children on the example of one institute, and the evaluation of its possible impact. The thesis is conceptualized descriptively, it is the conceptional experiment. This work is compiled like a monographic study. Data was obtained by collecting and analysing the documents about the present state of care of the vulnerable children. The text of work is divided into two parts - the theory and the practice. The theoretical part is based on psychology, sociology and pedagogy. The practical part presents a new model of transformed care on the example of one institute and analyses its expected benefits. It also describes the possible difficulties and problems during implementation of the model into practice.

The goal of the bachelor thesis is to create proposal of offer optimization for service providers of physical activities for seniors. The first part deals with literature overview discussing active ageing and communication channels which seniors use when searching for physical activity opportunities. The second part focuses on analysis of primary and secondary data based on which the proposal was created. Separate chapter is dedicated for the proposal of optimization. Chapter discussion describes the limits and limiting factors.

The main objective of the thesis is to find out whether and how the policy of active aging in the region of Zlín is implemented in connection with the labor market. The diploma thesis contains an overview of the theoretical knowledge from the field of active aging and after is elaborated for analysis based on realized collection of primary and secondary data. In conclusion, the problem areas are identified and there are proposed measures to improve the current situation.

The objective of this bachelor thesis is to find out fulfillment and functioning of the National action plan for positive ageing for the period 2013-2017 in region of Zlín. The first part provides the review of theoretical knowledge related to the issue of ageing and activities that promote positive ageing. In the second part of the thesis is the analysis based on collection of primary and secondary data. Final part summarizes defined problem parts of NAP and devised measures for their improvement.

The thesis deals with the implementation of the National Action Plan to support the action of aging and the smallest territorial units - parts of local municipalities of the microregion Bystřicko. There are defined basic concepts and problems of demographic aging. The practical part describes the analysis of the local communities due to atractive life for seniors and evaluation of specific implementation steps NAP on micro-regional level, local municipalities and their parts. The result of this thesis is a comprehensive review of senior care in the micro Bystřicko proposals for concrete actions leading to its improvement.

Human Rights Impact of Business Activities of Private Entities ABSTRACT AND KEY WORDS Abstract: The thesis focuses on human rights impact of business activities of private entities. Within the UN context, it is the concept of "business and human rights" which addresses the issue. The thesis aims at depicting the current international legal framework relating to impact of business activities on human rights. The thesis examines the benefits of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the authoritative framework and the global standard of practice for preventing and addressing the risk of adverse impact of business activities on human rights. While the Guiding Principles do not constitute a legally binding document, they build on existing standards and include elements covered in international and domestic law. The three-pillar framework consists of the State duty to protect human rights, the corporate responsibility to respect human rights, the access to remedy for victims of business-related abuse. Almost seven years after their adoption, there are numerous examples of how these Guiding Principles have been integrated into the Governments' national action plans, policies and regulations, policies of international and regional organisations.
