The design of the cybersecurity training methodology for middle and top management

The diploma thesis addresses the issue of developing the methodology for cybersecurity training of middle and top management. The goal is to propose a methodology for the needs of energy company, wich will be focused on education of the target group of employees that represents a high-risk. The introductory part is focused on theroretical basis such as basic terminology, current legislation and security awareness education. The analysis is focused on the current state of the cyber and infromation security education program in the energy company. The actual solution contains the proposal of the methodology itself and its specific solution with regard to the current state and needs of the organization.
Testing the Robustness of a Voice Biometrics System against Deepfakes

Tématem této práce je vytvoření metodologie testování odolnosti hlasového biometrického systému vůči deepfakům. Hlavní problém v současné době leží v nedostatečném pokrytí testování proti prezentačním útokům užitím deepfaků ve standardech ISO/IEC. Cílem práce je vyplnění této mezery, vzniklé příchodem technologie deepfaků, navržením metodologie, založené na současných postupech, která se soustředí na pokrytí této problematiky. Řešení navrženého problému začíná studií nejnovějšího stavu oblasti deepfaků a standardních postupů pro testování biometrických systémů. Druhým krokem je navržení a zdokumentování metody testování hlasového biometrického systému. Test byl navržen jako scénář, ve kterém je hlasový biometrický systém Phonexia použit jako nástroj pro vzdálenou verifikaci použitý pro hlas-jako-heslo. Pro účely demonstrace byl použit veřejně online dostupná datová sada. Mimo samotný návrh testu jsem také zavedl nestandardní metriku vyhodnocení pro ukázku možností zaměření na různé typy deepfaků. Po provedení a vyhodnocení testů jsem zformuloval postup do obecné opakovatelné metodologie, obsahující praktiky a doporučení. Přínos této práce leží v zapracování deepfaků do existujících standardních metodologií testování biometrických systémů a tak formování a demonstrování opakovatelné metodologie.
Methodology for investigation of sex crimes (selected issues)

The presented thesis with the title "Methodology for investigation of sex crimes (selected issues)" aims to comprehensively analyse the crime of rape in relation to criminal law, criminology and forensic science. I focused on the institute of rape, its investigation and specific or problematic aspects tied to it. The thesis is systematically divided into five chapters. The first chapter deals with the historical aspects of rape, the current legal regulation and comparing the Czech legal regulation of rape with its regulation in Slovakia. The second chapter is dedicated to the criminological aspect of rape, in particular to the myths that surround this crime. Further, I described the typology of rape through the lens of criminology and the personality of its perpetrator and victim. In the third chapter, I analyse the forensic nature of rape. I focused on several forensic components of this crime, and that is criminal situations and typical ways of committing rape. The fourth chapter deals with the methodology for investigation of the crime of rape, and which describes typical investigative situations or typical traces related to rape. The formation of methodology in low threshold club for children and young people

The topic of the thesis is the formation of methodology in a low threshold club for children and young people. The work is divided into six chapters, the first four of which are devoted to theory. The first chapter deals with the general description of low threshold institutions, their concepts, goals, target group and history. The second chapter describes the quality standards of Social Services, which, according to the content of information, are divided into three types - procedural, personal and operational. The next chapter describes concepts such as social disadvantage, social exclusion or socially excluded location and also shows the ethnic minority and the traditional Roma family. The fourth chapter is devoted to social service workers, social workers and special educators in the social service. The research part of the thesis deals with the process of creating a methodological document in a low-threshold institution for children and youth in Šluknov. The institution with its principles of work, goals, target group and frequent unfavorable social situations of clients, where the research is taken place, is described in this part of the thesis. Construct a methodology for creating a digital lecturer platform

This thesis is devoted to mapping and analysing the current situation of digital lecturer platforms in the Czech Republic and the rules for lectures that educate adults. It offers a brief insight into the subject of adult education, mentions the current legislative situation about adult education in the Czech Republic, offers a concise example of embedding adult education in the entire educational system in Norway, deals with the creation and use of information and communication technologies in education and, above all, the personality of the adult educator. The introductory parts of the thesis provide an overview of the things that are related to adult education and somehow influence it, which leads to an awareness of the complexity and overall difficulty of preparing, implementing, and evaluating such an event. The methodology defines the place where the client could choose a lecturer for the education event. The platform offers a place to search for educational courses, evaluate quality, enter a request for and personalised event, or request a development plan. Camp-wide game - methodology and practice

This bachelor's thesis explores the phenomenon of camp-wide games that accompany summer camps for children. First, concepts and terms such as leisure time, camp, and game are introduced, which are closely related to camp-wide games and help us understand the principles of their preparation. The next section provides an overview of selected organizations that use camp-wide games as part of their activities at the camps they organize. Subsequently, methods for preparing, implementing, and concluding camp-wide games discussed in the literature reviewed in the first part of this thesis are compared with methods used by individual organizations.
Krajinářská studie se zaměřením na podporu stanovišť opylovatelů

The thesis is focused on a landscape study including the food requirements of pollinators, escecially Apis mellifera. Its essential part is the methodology and the evaluation of the landscape including an area of almost 20km2. The current state of the region is compared with the proposed state, and thus data are obtained on the impact of the proposed measures on food sources for pollinators. Furthermore, 3 different areas are compared in terms of potential food sourses for bees. The results of this thesis is a methodology for evaluating the food supply for pollinators and its application for the current area and its proposed state.

The Dissertation work is focused on the legal analysis of the current model of financing higher education with a significant emphasis on public universities, which is devoted a substantial part of the work. The first chapter is approximated legal status of individual types of high schools as subjects of law. The second chapter, devoted to the legislation of income of public universities, is followed by a characteristic means of providing state subsidies to the graphical representation of the distribution of subsidies for specific parts. Subsequently, one part is devoted to work and legislation funding of public universities in the Czech Republic. The fifth chapter is devoted to the review bodies performing inspection, assigned from the state budget. The sixth chapter brings the possibility of funding other types of universities.
