This goal is reached by analysis of accounting statements, calculation of financial ratios, bankruptcy models and analysis of indicators of capital market.
The employment of women after maternity leave

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of female employment in the Czech Republic with an emphasis on the compatibility of the family and professional life. The aim is to explore the extent to which maternity leave affects employment of women, what are the obstacles that prevent them from finding jobs. In the focus is family policy setting and tools of employment policy in the Czech Republic, especially expenditures from the state budget. The detailed analysis of the labor market in the Czech Republic and in the region Havlickuv Brod is included. The core of the work is represented by the research of the unemployment of women after maternity leave, made in the region Havlickuv Brod. The evaluation of the research findings and the outline of possible solutions regarding the compatibility of work and family are in the conclusion.

The Diploma thesis is focused on regional labour market development in Highlands during the economic crisis that brought negative impacts, especially into an area of industrial production. The main objective of thesis is to evaluate this labour market development, to analyse the impacts of economic crisis in selected economic entities that are significant regional employers and to research of practical solutions of negative consequences for elimination of this negative impacts needs. Integral part of thesis is also presentation of instruments that were implemented by regional institutions as part of employment policy.

The study examines all the necessary aspects surrounding feasibility of the project and in particular, the results of market and economic analysis including personnel and staffing. The thesis concludes with a summary indicating feasibility or non feasibility of the project.

Market research and the prospectus of a particular company providing personal services

The subject of the thesis was ``Market research and the prospectus of a particular company providing personal services{\crqq} applied to the Wedding Agency MERCI with its main product - the ``turnkey wedding{\crqq}. The thesis principally aimed to analyze current market conditions as well as to propose a specific business plan. Proposing a founding budget, creating a form to learn the needs and desires of clients and finding out the background details necessary for drawing up an income tax return was one of the sub-objectives. An electronic questionnaire enquiry indicated that an interest in services of a wedding agency remains and that the potential of possible customers is sufficient for founding another small company in this sphere of business. The investment intensity is acceptable for the company{\crq}s founder, as all the costs concerning the founding of the wedding agency come from own resources. Four budgets of financially different weddings were drawn up as background information for the theoretical calculation of the trading income and the subsequent drawing up an individual income tax return. Furthermore, current market conditions were analyzed, particularly those of the general and trade surroundings, giving a base to the proposal of a specific business plan, including the proposal of the business budget as well as to a fictitious income tax return for the first year of business activities. The objectives of the thesis were met.
Cultural heritage and development of tourism in Orlík region

The aim of this work is to evaluate the cultural heritage in the development of tourism in the region of Orlicko. For studying, there were used secondary and primary data. Thanks to marketing research, we got 1,584 valid questionnaires. There were used computer programs (MS Excel and Statistics Cz v. 6) for data processing. The data interpretation tools used descriptive statistics and the analysis of testing hypotheses. There was conducted field research of the area. The monuments were entered into the newly formed layers of geographic information system Janitor in the form of polygons. In the region of Orlicko, there exist more than 130 cultural monuments in 21 types. These results confirm the presumption about diversity of the structure of assumptions heritage tourism. This diversity is also noticeable in the villages of the defined area. More than 5 types of monuments offer urban areas Varvažov, Čimelice, Orlik nad Vltavou and Mirovice. In the first four there is localized at least one attraction of a greatly importance. These communities also show the highest potential. It was demonstrated, that the importance of cultural heritage in the areas is different. There were found significant differences in the motives and characteristics of the target site, which affect the choice of place of holiday. These differences were detected in groups partitioned by gender, level of participation in cultural and historical attractions and by their interest in history. The main motives for holiday were: to release from everyday life and work, visit interesting places and get them known. Participants wish to leave their homes for having fun and change the place. The importance of cultural and historical attractions in the locality is increasing in conjunction with participation in cultural tourism and the increasing interest in history. The same tendency can be seen in knowledge as a reason for holiday. When the holiday place is selected the highest importance is: natural environment, the existence of historic cities in the region, a healthy environment, the possibility of refreshments and meals, and bathing options. For women, it is more important the existence of the cultural and historical attractions in the region and associated motives, than for men. In the designated area, there are high requirements for the use of cultural heritage in the development of tourism. Major attractions are concentrated in several villages. The region is not primarily associated with the culture; the motives of visitors are more connected with recreation. There is also possibility of developing cultural and historical attractions as a source of secondary supply.

My bachelor´s work is focused on the assumptions of commercial services development in the czechbudweis part of the microregion Pomalší. By the aid of the secondary dates were compiled a literature survey and description of microregion. For collecting needed primary dates it was carried out the market research by inquiring commercial services subjects and by leading discussion with microregion mayors. Then the situational and SWOT analysis was carried out. On a base of obtained dates from market research, situational and SWOT analysis were specified the assumptions of commercial services development in the czechbudweis part of the microregion Pomalší.
Chosen problems of consumer protection

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the warning systems used against dangerous or unsafe products, as well as to analyze the knowledge and attitudes of consumer protection against unsafe products. The work deals with the analysis of the RAPEX and RASSF alert systems in 2009. Market research was conducted assessing the knowledge of respondents regarding dangerous products. In the final section, there is a proposal for improving these systems, as well as an economic evaluation. An analysis of the market research I conducted indicates that respondents are interested in a product?s security when they are deciding whether or not to purchase it, they know where to find this information (Internet, TV), they mostly do not understand the safety warning systems used in the EU, and they rarely seek the support of surveillance institutions. Disturbing finding was the behavior of respondents in the case of having dangerous goods (many of them stop using the product). For this reason I propose to change consumer behavior to improve the situation. I would like to achieve the change in behavior through information campaigns on television, where they would show the correct behavior and the benefits that arise from the correct behavior, such as reducing and preventing the occurrence of dangerous products on the market. The campaign would be in harmony with the aims of consumer policy for the period 2011-2014, where the safety of products and services, health, life and personal property security of consumers are fundamental priorities.
