Expansion of a Czech Producer of Modular Wood Buildings on the Intra-community Market

The diploma thesis deals with a proposal of business development of the company DOMESTAV PLUS s.r.o., which deals with the production of modular wooden buildings. The theoretical part contains defining the terms connected with the intra-community market, the conditions for entering this market and description of selected analyses of company’s external and internal environment. These analyses are applied in the practical part as basis for the proposal of an appropriate strategy for the development, consisting in the expansion of the company into the intra-community market. On the basis of the results of the analyzes is made the proposal of changes, which leads to increased competitiveness and improvement of the company's economic situation. The proposal part also deals with identification of the risks associated with the implementation of this change.
Creation of Small Company

This thesis follows up the creation of business plan for establishment of new company called EasyWash. The company focuses on functioning of self-service laundry in Brno. The first part describes the theoretical background and methods, that are needed to perform all analyzes and proposals. In the analytical part I dealt with the creation of its own business model of the company. Part of the proposal of a business plan is the marketing, organization structure, schedule and financial planning. A certain part was devoted to the evaluation of risk factors.

Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza odbytu ve vybraném podniku. Na základě teoretických poznatků a koncepcí posoudit, zda vybraný podniku používá nástroje odbytové politiky správně a efektivně. Praktická část vychází z marketingového průzkumu, makroekonomických a vnitropodnikových dat, na jejichž základě jsou zjištěné skutečnosti konfrontovány se skutečností. Závěr práce je potom věnován konkrétním doporučením pro odbytovou politiku vybraného podniku.

The Master’s thesis aims at elaboration of an own business plan targeted at founding of a Kindergarten in Banská Bystrica, that specializes at development of kid’s talents, education of foreign languages, sports and other physical activities. Unique selling competitive edge of the kindergarten is among other things establishment of special classes dedicated for children coming from multicultural background. These classes will focus on communication exclusively in foreign language and compliance with cultural practices.
The Analysis of Real Estate Agencies Perception

The diploma thesis is focused on the area of real estate agents. It deals with the analysis of awareness of the real estate offices with direct targeting on the real estate company Gaute a.s. It identifies the current situation on the real estate market and the respondents' satisfaction with the services offered. In the theoretical part, the reader is made familiar with key concepts related to the topic, followed by the analysis, which is composed of the performance of Gaute a.s. preparation questionnaire and evaluation. Based on the findings recommendations are proposed, which will serve to raise awareness of the real estate office.

The diploma thesis is divided into three linked parts – theoretical, analytical and the draft. The basic notions and terms are defined in the theoretical part. The analytical part – by means of strategic analysis – examines microeconomic and macroeconomic relations, i.e. the overall situation and market preconditions. The subject of this diploma thesis is creation of business plan for founding a company, whitch focuses on production and selling trio-flavor protein powder. In first part of this thesis, I focused on theory. In second part can be found all kinds of analysis, for example competition, market research, to be sure we are entering right market. In final part there is calculation for product, financial plan and so on, where from all relevant information will be decided, if the company is realisable.
