Plugins for Getting Information about the System for BusyBox

In this thesis, we discuss implementation of tools for getting information from the system. We examine file systems sysfs and procfs in the Linux operating system. Furthermore, we discourse how to write small programs in the C language. Eventually, we take a look at implementation of tools like iostat, mpstat and powertop. These tools were implemented in a minimalistic form suitable for Busybox within this thesis.

The presented work describes reasons for development of such system, technologies used to develop the application and function and user interface of system components. Following sections are focused on deployment, problems related to maintenance in production environment and experience gained from functioning of this application.

PSpice library of circuit elements with selfheating

This bachelor´s thesis is devoted to the topic PSpice library of circuit elements with selfheating, which deals with the lack of temperature in the PSpice and design models of the resistor, diode and transistor to the treatment of this problem. The thesis describes theoretically Electrothermal analogy, creating a thermal equivalent circuit model and the theory of creation diodes and transistors. The next step is a theoretical design procedure of general circuit, theory of system libraries and netlist in PSpice and a description of ways of creating subcircuits. Their own solution the whole thesis is creating a model of a resistor, diode and transistor with self-heating. Furthermore, the results are shown simulations of the models. Transistor model is tested on the output stage audio amplifier together with a model heatsink.

V posledních letech začíná s mírou využívání digitálních knihoven a obsahu v nich narůstat i potřeba zjednodušit přístup k těmto datům a umožnit uživatelům vyhledávat napříč co největším množstvím knihoven a uspokojit tak jejich potřeby po tak důležitých informacích. Obsahem této práce bylo seznámit se se situací a nedostatky přístupu k obsahu v digitálních knihovnách a na základě těchto informací pak navrhnout a implementovat aplikace pro mobilní platformy Android a iOS (iPad a iPhone), které by využily potenciál mobilních zařízení s těmito systémy.

Creation of Item Budget using Building Information Modeling

The thesis will focus on analyzing the current utilization of Building Information Modeling in budget creation and its mutual cooperation in practice. As part of the practical section, a 3D model of a family house will be created to visually explain the key aspects of this issue. The practical part will include a description of the procedures and processes employed in the modeling.

Mezi nejvýznamnější šetřené ukazatele patří počet knihovních jednotek, registrovaných čtenářů, výpůjček, návštěvníků, zaměstnanců, ukazatele o hospodaření, počet vydávaných titulů periodických a neperiodických publikací, audio, videodokumentů a e-dokumentů, údaje o zasílání povinného výtisku a distribuci.

Creation the taskbar in the program MicroStation for documentation the current state of the building

The bachelor's thesis describes the creation of a panel of tasks and, with it, the creation of a work set for the passporting of buildings according to ČSN 01 3420 Drawings of building structures - Drawing drawings of building parts in the MicroStation CONNECT Edition program. The work contains detailed instructions for creating new libraries of user lines, cells and the *.dgnlib file. An annotation scale was used to create the working set. The working set can be used to obtain simplified construction documentation/passport. The functionality of the Passport work set was verified on sample drawings of the plan, vertical section and perspective.

Statistika kultury se zabývá zjišťováním údajů o činnosti kulturních subjektů (např. návštěvnost, kapacita, vzdělávací akce, vydané publikace, výpůjčky, čtenáři). V předkládané brožuře jsou zveřejněny vybrané údaje za následující obory: divadlo, galerie, muzea a památníky, hvězdárny, planetária a astronomické pozorovatelny, veřejné knihovny, památkové objekty zpřístupněné za vstupné, neperiodické publikace a periodický tisk. Údaje ekonomické povahy jsou k dispozici pouze za subjekty veřejného sektoru, kulturní subjekty v soukromém sektoru je neposkytují.

Gender differences in reading habits among children

This diploma thesis deals with children's relationship to books and reading and, above all, possible differences between girls and boys in their approach to reading. Its goal is to find out what the reading culture is like among children between the ages of ten and sixteen. The work also aims to find out what, if any, differences there are in reading between girls and boys. This was determined through a quantitative method, namely a survey research. Respondents are children and young people attending lower gymnasiums or the second level of primary schools in various places in the Czech Republic, which were randomly selected. The main themes of the work are differences in the frequency and popularity of reading, as well as the preferences of children and young people when choosing individual books, the influence of school, family and the respondents' close surroundings on their reading habits. The work reveals the differences in reading between girls and boys and shows whether children's reading culture is declining or the opposite.
