The topic of this bachelor thesis is quality control in the production process and means of improving the quality of products. It contains a description of methods of inspecting the production process, and the benefits of measurement automation and its practical use in the production process. The work also discusses the fundamentals and potential of machine vision use in various production areas and during the quality control process, starting with the receipt of material and ending with the shipment of finalized products.

The main effect of this graduation theses is detailed project for control process of exactness of angular measuring instruments. It is necessary to produce conponents with sufficient accuracy for correct function of machines. That is why there is very important thing to exactly measure proportions of these conponents during industrial process. Then the real parameters of finished products are confronted with measures stated in conponent plans. The final deviations have to fall into fixed limits. Measuring of angles is very important for replacing of machines´ conponents and for economy of producing too...

Quality plan of construction contract

The Bachelor thesis task is to set up a quality plan of a building order bespoke: additional building of a detached house Brno – Obřany. The history and present of quality planning and some concrete systems of quality planning are described in the theoretical part. Thereinafter are mentioned standards of series ISO 9000 and ISO 10005, which says what the quality plan should include. In the practical part, there is the analysis of the current position of the BDI Company and the suggestion of the changes inside this company that relate to quality planning. Furthermore the practical part contains elaborated control plan and the plan of a technical control bespoken.

Bachelor thesis is to create quality plan construction contract for building extensions to industrial halls - PLECHTECHNIK, Brod. The theoretical part describes the quality assurance plan, its development and parts which should include a terms with which we meet with in it. Additionally, there is a series of standards ISO 9000 and ISO 14 000 Getting to Know the company Qatrosystem spol, sro and its analysis. In the practical part quality plans with all the essentials, according to ISO 10005:2006. The last part is developed control plan contract containing all the parts of the project and individual technical inspections during the contract.

Eliminating Repair Costs in Meopta-optika, Ltd

Costs for repairing non-conforming parts may cause any company that is struggling with this problem, considerable damage. It is therefore essential that the problem was not relegated to the sidelines. The aim of this study was to find the cause of the large amount of non-conforming pieces and create a calculation of financial costs associated with the production of non-conforming parts and highlight the advantages of the individual methods of control depending on the size of the production of the four most problematic part. The first section summarizes the findings regarding the operational management-Industrial Engineering and Quality. A special chapter is devoted to the control systems in three foreign companies. The practical part deals with the resulting problem of non-conforming parts in Meopta-Optika, Ltd. and analyzes the situation through interviews, observation and application of mathematical and statistical methods to internal data. The outcome of the work will be recommendations that I could eliminate the problem.
