The concern of this thesis is to evaluate the currently used information system in the company and to define its imperfections. Further it recommends certain measures that should be implemented as soon as possible to eliminate the imperfections, with respect to the financial demands.

The main objective of this bachelor thesis is the analysis, evaluation of the existing communication mix of the company Lemur v.s.a. and it’s proposals to improve it. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis focuses on a description of the basics, which are related to the issue. Integral part of this thesis is also a company characteristics, marketing mix, SWOT analysis and last but not least communication mix to which are processed suggestions for improvement of the current situation in the last part of the thesis.

This bachelor thesis deals with topics of leadership and staff management in the construction business. The purpose of the thesis is to analyze situation in the fields associated with problematics of Czech construction business. The theoretical part introduces concepts and theories related to said problematic. There are four hypotheses proposed in the practical part. The situation considering diversity, motivation, comunication and education is evaluated through survey. The outcome of this thesis are partial conclusions and suggestions derived from trends and experiences found through research. These conclusions and suggestions may be helpful for those holding leadership and employee management work positions in construction companies.

The diploma thesis deals with the communication mix of the traditional Czech company Šohaj služby s.r.o. This thesis is divided into two basic parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focusing on the fundamental literature related to the topic, which provides the reader essential information on this issue and helps him to better understand the practical part. The second part is focused on the company itself. It is analysed by using selected marketing models. It is evaluated how the company communicates with customers and provides them its products. In conclusion, it is suggested some possibilities how to improve communication with its current and potential customers.

This should lead to ensure widespread awareness of the name and services of the company.

In my thesis, I will discuss the draft strategy for the management of business in society. The first part will discuss the theoretical knowledge related to retail. In the second part I introduce. I also worked with the cooperative Jednota, consumer cooperative in Mikulov, which gave me the necessary information so that I could analyze the current state of retail. Based on the current state of retail, I created a proposal for improvement.

The thesis is divided into three main parts - theory, analysis and proposal. The theoretical section provides information on communication, analytical part consists of an analysis applied to specific business environment and last part presents the design proposals, which should lead to the improvement of existing communication strategy.
