Pupils' parents and art education: the importance of art education in the education of primary school pupils from the parents' point of view

This diploma thesis examines the importance of art education in the education of primary school pupils from the perspective of parents. The aim of the thesis is to describe the opinions, attitudes and ideas of parents about art education in two selected schools, the issue of communication between art teacher and parents and to implement an educational project focused on cooperation between school and parents. The theoretical part is divided into three important areas related to the topic of the thesis. The first chapter deals in detail with the subject of art education and its position in the framework educational program. It characterizes its specifics and, based on research described in the literature, describes the current status of art education among other subjects and the public's views on the subject. It also discusses the time of distance learning, when art education went through a difficult period and was rather neglected. The next part is devoted to the problems of the contemporary family and the aim is to point out the specifics of individual families, which are reflected both in the life of the pupil and in the mutual communication with the school. Proposal for Changes of Organizational Structure in a Small Company

The work deals with the organizational structure of the selected company. Organizational structure is designed to effectively reflect current needs. The proposed changes are implemented based on an analysis of the current state of the researched business area. The key sources of analysis were secondary sources in the form of internal materials and data obtained by observations and interviews with management. The main output of this work is the design of a new organizational structure, which is necessary to ensure the smooth running of the company, especially more effective cooperation between members of management consisting mainly of defining competencies and mutual communication.

Modern systems for lighting control

This Master's thesis deals with intelligent installation systems, focused on lighting systems using the DALI bus system. Theoretical part of this work includes a list of currently available intelligent installation systems and its use in both households and industrial buildings. A summarizing description of KNX and DALI bus systems and their actuators and actuating units are a part of this paper. The practical part proposes two examplary boards designed for laboratories of UEEN VUT in Brno and describes its construction, as well as the programs necessary for its programming, control and monitoring. The outcome of this Master's thesis is a survey of possible remote control of DALI bus system's actuators and mutual compatibility of KNX and DALI bus systems. Furthermore, this paper includes background material for laboratory task, based on data found about remote control and DALI bus system's monitoring.

The work of a manager in public administration from the point of view of the IT generation

The bachelor thesis is focused on working with people in public administration from the point of view of the young generation of information technologies. The theoretical part of the thesis deals mainly with the functioning of public administration and construction law. And it also mentions the basics of teamwork, communication with people and their motivation. In the empirical part I specified research questions, which are looking for answers to two main topics of my work. What does working with young people look like from the point of view of public administration workers and how young people perceive work in the public sector. As a representative of this generation, I chose graduates of the field of Municipal Engineering. The empirical part of the work is examined by using questionnaire surveys and guided interviews, based on which predetermined research questions will be answered.

The subject of this thesis the construction and technological preparation for the construction of the bridge ev.č. 377-007 across the Býkovka river in the municipality Rájec - Jestřebí, which is part of the reconstruction of a main road II / 377 Bořitov - Rájec. The thesis is elaborated a technical report on the structural and technological project, coordinating construction situation, the situation with wider relationships routes following the stages, time and financial plan – by objects, study the implementation of major technological stages of the building SO203 project site equipment, design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, the timetable of the main building structure, workers deployment plan, plan of machines usage, a plan for securing material resources for SO 203, technological regulation for the implementation of bored piles of, inspection and test plan for pilots, budget SO 203, sequence diagram construction, control and monitoring plan and calculation of bearing capacity of the bridge foundation piles.
