Analysis of the career path and survey of the opinions of primary school teachers on the introduction of career regulation

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the career path and the survey of the opinions of primary school teachers on the introduction of career regulations. In the theoretical part, it defines pedagogical practice, further education, and professional development of pedagogical workers and the career growth of teachers. The main objective of the empirical part was to describe the opinion of pedagogical workers on the introduction of the proposed career order and to identify the current social influences that influence pedagogical workers when implementing the career order in practice. The secondary objectives were to describe how the professional career of a primary school teacher proceeds and to identify differences in the professional career of teachers in the context of their experience and age. The research investigation was based on a qualitative approach and a semi-structured interview method was used to collect data. The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to highlight the individual conceptualization of the recruitment process and the various psychological insights, methods and tools that are used by human resource practitioners in a recruitment agency. The theoretical part includes the introduction of selected methods of contemporary recruitment (hiring) and the theoretical use of psychological knowledge in this process. The empirical part focuses on the conceptualization of the recruitment and selection process as well as the use of psychological tools and concepts in the daily activities of human resource workers in the environment of the selected recruitment agency. Particular attention will be paid to the use of psychological tools and concepts by recruiters with psychological and other backgrounds. Competencies of an ideal language teacher based on the subjective opinions of teachers and language learners

This thesis deals with the current issue of strengthening and creating a competency model for private language teachers. At the present time, it is a very frequently discussed topic in the teacher community, especially given that the requirements for the profession are not specifically defined. Therefore, foreign language teachers often shape their own perception of necessary qualifications of a private language teacher. The aim of this thesis is to develop a competency model of an ideal language teacher based on the subjective opinions of the teachers themselves and language learners and to raise awareness of the requirements for the profession. The theoretical part first describes the position of language education in the context of lifelong learning, then it deals with the issue of competencies with a focus on the language teacher and last but not least it revolves around the language learner. A section is also devoted to the current state of knowledge and the results of research studies on the competencies of language teachers both in Czech and foreign context. Výuka výchovy k občanství a základů společenských věd během pandemie covid-19

Between 2020 and 2021, the whole world was dealing with a coronavirus pandemic that had a major impact on education. An unprecedented number of pupils and students found themselves in distance learning for which they were unprepared. The purpose of this paper is to determine what impact distance education has had on the teaching of civics and social studies. In the beginning of the thesis, the concept of key competences will be discussed and the quality of teaching of civics and social studies during traditional face-to-face teaching will be analysed. In the next part of the thesis, the course of the pandemic in the Czech Republic and its impact on the whole educational system will be analysed in detail. In the final part of the thesis, the author will try to answer the question whether it is possible to teach these subjects fully during distance education and will investigate the experience of distance learning of teachers of these subjects in České Budějovice.
Proposal for Development and Training Plan for Business Representants in a Selected Company

This diploma thesis focuses on a proposal of a development concept and a training plan for business representants in a selected company. The theoretical part of the thesis defines basic concepts related to the issue and are important for the practical part of the diploma thesis. In the analytical part, an evaluation of the current state of the company is presented, qualitative research will be conducted in the form of individual interviews as well as the analysis of managerial competencies and assumptions of business representatns. Based on the information found, a development concept proposal and a training plan will be recommended, including appropriate methods for their professional growth and personal development, which can be considered as the greatest asset of every business representants and consequently of the whole organization.
Task shifting in nurses' competencies

The aim of this theses called Task shifting in nurses'competencies is to evaluate whether nurses in the Czech Republic know their legally established competencies and whether they support their further increase. Another goal is to compare the level of nurses'competencies in the Czech Republic and England. The research reveals that Czech nurses are not familiar with their legal competencies. However, they support their further increase on condition that their salary and legal protection rises. Following the example of England, Czech nurses could take over the prescribing of drugs and the interpretation of ECG.
Idea of Self-Directed Learning from the Andragogical View

Diploma thesis focuses on the idea of self-directed learning from the perspective of andragogy. The main goal of this work is to characterize and describe self-directed learning among students at a selected pedagogical fakulty. The sececondary goal is to compare the process of self-directed learning from the perspective of students in the full-time and combined forms of study at the selected pedagogical fakulty. The work is divided into theoretical and empirical parts. The theorical part initially deals with the importance of lifelong learning and education, followed by an andragogical backgroud, whitch summarizes the basic andragogical concepts, the historical aspect of andragogy and didactics of adult education. An important subchapter of the teoretical part is Knowles' theory of adult education. The last and key chapter of the theoretical part deals with the historical and philosophical aspect of self- directed learning, defines the concept of self-directed learning, and outlines its challenges. Additionally, various models of self-directed learning and factors determining self-directed learning are presented.
