Detection of ionize radiation with Geiger-Müller tube

This work deals with problems related with detection and measuring of the ionisated radiation. First part of this work is devoted to theoretical problems of detection, particulary to measuring with Geiger Muller tubes. Second part of the work contains proposal of electronical circuit using Geiger Muller tube as well as description of results experimentally acquired while using the detector, which was manufactured according to the proposed scheme. On the basis of those results it appears that proposed apparatus can be used for significant indication range extension.

This thesis deals with design of software for control and evaluation of climatic and temperature test in accredited testing laboratory CVVOZE. It includes literar research in field of climatic and temperature tests, definition of software requirements and making of application flowchart diagram. The thesis also includes implementation description of proposed control software in terms of the program and also a documentation of the application, which focuses on explanation of all application functions to the user.

The design of sand mixer with output range 3-5 TPH

The subject of this diploma thesis is engineering design of the continuous mixer with output range 3-5 TPH. Mixer is instrumental to mixing sand mixture intended to non-permanent sand forms in foundry. Proposed construction has to fulfill the specified functional requirements and parameters. Parts of solution are also necessary analytical and FEA calculations.

Aim of this diploma thesis is to focus on the comparison of types of press chambers in Krone's cylindrical bales presses. In particular, the compressibility and energy consumption in these presses/machines will be compared. Firstly, the history of the cylindrical bale presses will be shortly described and then every chamber build will be briefly detailed. Next part of this thesis is dedicated to the characterization of the land, where the measurement took place, and the methods of the measurement/measurement methodology/methodology of measurement. The measured values will be rated and recommended for the agricultural practice.

This bachelor work provides the working practice overview of harvesting stalked material with a focus on straw harvesting. It also includes a list of machines for straw extraction, in particular straw collecting machines and machines using harvesting presses. The first part of this study gives an overview of selected working procedures specific for stalk harvesting. The second part presents the technical and economical aspects with evaluation of collector pressing machines and their usage. The final part of the thesis provides assessment and diversification of agricultural practice conclusions.

1 Limits of Legal Obligation of Attorney`s Confidentiality in Criminal Proceedings Abstract The legal obligation of attorney's confidentiality imposed by the law is currently not only mentioned in professional discussions. However, the increased attention paid to this institute does not support it. There is a growing belief that it is being misused for the benefit of an attorney or for concealing criminal and other delict activity, resulting in increased pressure from the state to violate confidentiality obligations. This manifests itself in systematic or individual attempts to break it, or it leads to refusal of protection of the confidential relationship between an attorney and his client, which is a prerequisite for providing legal assistance. The thesis describes in detail the meaning and purpose of the institute of attorney's duty of confidentiality and its position in the legal order. Its attention is focused especially on the area of the criminal law in which it is most threatened and therefore the application and protection of this institute in criminal proceedings is analyzed in detail. In order that the meaning of the above-mentioned provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure can be concisely clarified, this is done in the thesis primarily from the practical point of view.
