Práce analyzuje podnikatelské prostředí a příležitosti pro mezinárodní investice a mezinárodní obchod. V detailu jsou zkoumány všechny důležité oblasti ovlivňující hladké obchodování s Nikaraguou. Práce obsahuje seznam zákonů a investičních pobídek, které je třeba při obchodování s Nikaraguou brát v potaz. Teoretická část je doplněna osobními zkušenostmi a doporučeními autora.

Vliv transformace české ekonomiky na vývoj českého zahraničního obchodu

Práce přibližuje situaci české ekonomiky po pádu komunismu se zaměřením na vývoj zahraničního obchodu země. Popisuje ty kroky ekonomické transformace, které měly klíčový význam pro změny v zahraničně-obchodní politice Československa, později České republiky. Jedna z kapitol se zabývá i dopady vstupu ČR do EU na zahraničně-obchodní politiku státu. Součástí práce je i podrobná analýza vývoje teritoriální a komoditní struktury českého ZO od konce 80. let až do současnosti.

Comparison of standards of fair trade organisations and impacts on producer organisations in developing countries

This thesis consists of comparison of different standards of chosen organisations and companies involved in sustainable trade at different levels -- fair trade, fair trade lite and ethical trade. International sustainable trade standards setting organisations are represented by Fairtrade Labelling Organisations International (FLO), the World Fair Trade Organisation (IFAT), Rainforest Alliance and UTZ Certified. The privat sector is represented by internal standards of several companies from Germany (Gepa, Rapunzel and El Puente), Austria (EZA) and USA (Starbucks). The main part of the thesis consists in description and consequent comparison of particular standards of each organisation/company. The short-run impacts of chosen standards on producers from developing countries are compared then (the long-run impacts cannot be compared yet because of lack of relevant data available).

Trade mark registration

The diploma thesis deals with chosen aspects of the trade mark registration with the view to the current and also previous Czech legislation, the Community trade mark and the international trade mark. It compares the requirements imposed not only by the public regulations but also by obligatory rules of trade mark offices on the applicant and it keeps under review the amount of administrative demands of the trade mark registration according to respective systems. The work concentrates on possibilities of the information sources relating to the trade mark registration, on formalities of the correct and complete submission of the trade mark application, on possible ways of communication with offices and on the formal and absolute ground examination.

Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem ekonomiky Čínské lidové republiky a vývojem jejího zahraničního obchodu. Základem je zjišťování existence vztahu mezi otevřeností čínské ekonomiky a jejím růstem a nalezení případných dalších faktorů růstu.Samotná analýza je provedena pomocí statistické metody regrese a korelace.

Usage of documentary payment instruments in financing the international trade

The objective of the diploma thesis is to describe the documentary payment instruments mainly their legal regulation, define their main advantages and disadvantages in connection with foreign trade, describe the types of these payment instruments, define participants of the relationships, the future development of both instruments etc. After the theoretical part the analysis of the documentary payment instruments under chosen criteria is performed. The total volumes of letter of credits issued and confirmed by three czech banks within period 1997 -- 2007 are compared and the trends of their development are theoretically explained. The bank fees regarding to letter of credits and documentary collections are compared as well.
