Virtual democracy: information technology, modern society and digitized elections

The thesis "Virtual Democracy: Information Technology, Modern Society and Digitized Elections" has the ambition of approaching the theoretical debate of the relatively new koncept of e-democracy. New technologies in combination with modern society have great potencial in changing the political space not only as a medium, but also the character of the actors of the process. In the first plan the thesis deals with the practical usage of electronic devises on the basis of new technologies in the area of voting egality, knowledgeable understanding, control of agenda setting and efficient participation. In the second plan it deals with the main circumstances for the implementation of new technologies, and in the end examinates the normative dimension of these new technologies in enduring or weakening of democracy. Due to the fact, that the topic of new technologies in democracy lies between today and the future, the thesis occupies itself also by the expectations of their impact on the future of politics. An indivisible part of virtual democracy is the poll digitalization, who's form and role will be also a part of the thesis's preoccupation. Accounting Outsourcing

The aim of this diploma thesis is to describe the process of outsourcing of accounting from the initial steps, when the companies decide whether to use the outsourcing of accounting, through collaboration with the outsourcing provider to the eventual termination of cooperation. In the practical part you can find the description of the selected companies using information technology to provide outsourcing of accounting, that enables the most efficient course of action.

OUTSOURCING OF IT WORKERS IN CZECH LABOUR MARKET IN 2015

This thesis focuses on current very important and widespread IT sector on the Czech labor market and discusses the frequent solutions to the problems of IT workers employment: outsourcing. The theoretical part of this work solves development and overall approach to outsourcing. The practical part includes the legal framework of outsourcing in the Czech Republic. Given is the definition of the ICT sector, including individual sub-branches of the IT sector with their individual specifications and performance of EI-PRAGUE, s.r.o. whose database of IT specialists, together with data of Czech Statistical Office it is also used for actual calculations. These calculations help to dismantle the advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing, both from the perspective of a worker employed on main job or self-employed, but also from the perspective of the IT specialists provider, state and health insurers. Carried comparisons have conflicting results. From the perspective of the worker is in almost all respects advantageous to work as self-employed, while in terms of state income and health insurers is more suitable if the workers are in an employment relationship at main job.

This bachelor’s thesis analyzes current state of the information system of company Malokapacitní jatka Machač, s.r.o., which operates in the field of butchery. The first part contains theoretical knowledge of this problem. The second part focuses on the analysis of the current situation and company's information system. The third part is the changes deficiencies that were identified in the analysis.

Suggestion of a Part Fragment of Information System

The thesis is focused on the design of a particular information system for project FitConnect. Since this project has no information system so far, it is necessary to analyze several information systems on the market. Based on results of these analysis we can design part of information system. The proposal is actually transferred and implemented in practice. Then we evaluate the benefits proposed by us of the information system and the advantages offered by the management and decision-making in society.
