The present bachelor's thesis deals with a proposal for the implementation of a data-related and functional model of a computerised system for the use of Mgr. Martina Vaskova's translation agency A-tradi, its principal object, especially with the aid of these models, being that of defining and recording all the requirements imposed on the future agency information system that will lead to simplifying, automating and rendering readily overviewable the internal systems and administration of the said undertaking using computer technologies.

The bachelor thesis focuses on finding the best suiting solution of the information system for a concrete production company. In the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis there are the basic concepts pointed out and described the methodology of choosing the information system. The solutions of different suppliers are analyzed according to a specifically chosen criteria and one of the solutions is chosen at the end.

In my bachelor thesis I focus on the communication between the municipality and the citizen which is solved by using modern information technologies in the frame of computerization of the government. I present already used news in this field and I try to find the optimal solution of the used and new technologies to bring effectiveness in the communication between the municipality and the citizen in my thesis.

The bachelor thesis deals with drawing up a proposal of Scootland s.r.o. development strategy. It focuses on position of company on the scooter spare parts market in the Czech republic and Slovakia and possibilities of its further growth. Goal of this work is a 5-year development plan including consequent steps which leads to strenghtening of positions on the company’s markets.

This bc work deals with the analysis of the company project management fundamentals and a resulting prospectus „Process of Implementation of the Company Quality Management System.“ It covers estimation of the personnel and financial resources needed for the quality management system implementation, it suggests the time-schedule for it. The document also specifies a form and the way how to administrate the key documentation in the area of IT projects.

Bachelor's thesis evaluates existing information systems of MADT a.s. and deals with the proposal of possible improvement. At the beginning of defined basic concepts of the problem. Furthermore, a thorough analysis of current state of information systems and technologies on the basis of the proposed options for possible solutions. For these proposals has been selected the best option and, consequently, has been economically evaluated.
