Residential Building

Thesis elaborates project documentation for new residential building in Prague 8 - Karlín. The building has five floors without a basement. In 1.NP are located collective garages for cars, garage - parking for bicycles and motorcycles, a cellar for residential units and the main entrances to the building. 2.NP - 5.NP is reserved for housing. The apartment building has three types of units with different layout arrangement - 2 + kk, 3 + kk, 4 + kk and one unit for persons with disabilities. Each apartment has its own entrance to the balcony. Inputs to the roof are placed above the 5th floor Foundations are designed as footings under reinforced concrete columns with a combination of the base plate. The building is in 1.NP reinforced concrete combined with brick infills. 2.NP - 5.NP is brick. The roof is designed flat.
The Family House

The task given for this bachelor thesis „Family house“ is to compile a project documentation according to the structural part of the decree no. 499/2006. This house, designed for a family of four (2 parents and 2 children) is located in the village Krnov, an area of consistent family house development. Object consists of one underground and two aboveground stories of this disposition: - basement (1.PP) technical, hobby and storage rooms - ground floor (1.NP) main entrance with vestibule, hallway with the stair space, toilet, garage and living room with an access to terrace - first floor (2.NP) rooms for relaxation and bedrooms of both parents with cloakroom and bathroom, children rooms, bathroom with toilet Construction system of the house – walls (consisting in basement of permanent shuttering and on ground floors of ceramic blocks). Ceiling structure is in construction of the ceramic system and under the garage is a prefabricated concrete panels. The roofing is done using pitched roofs – construction with a slope 35°.
Detached house with hairdresser

The subject of bachelor‘s thesis is a detached house with hairdresser in Lukavice. The building is designed by masonry Porotherm, it is partly basement, two storeys. It is a roofed flat roof with insulation above the rafters and vegetation flat roof. Outer walls are additionally insulated and part of the facade is ventilated with wood paneling. A garage, made for one car is a part of the ground floor. The Detached house is designed for 4 people. A terrace with a wooden pergola is a part of the building.

The topic of the bachelor´s thesis focuses on the solution of the house in the city of Nitra. The house has a partial basement with two floors and comprises living spaces. The building contains also the arrivals level, downhill ramp, parking area in front of the garage, patio, outdoor stairs and garage located in the basement of a residential building. Floor plan of the house has a varied shape due to the use of diverse materials with two pent and one flat walkable roof. The house will be located on steep terrain. Entrance to the house is situated to the northeast. During the construction of the object system was used Meccato, Ytong.
Detached house with hairdressing salon, Česká

This bachelors thesis is focused on design of newly-built single-family house in the village of Česká at Brno. It is designed as a detached building with two floors and partial basement, hairdressing´s salon and outdoor swimming pool. It will be in service as permanent residence for a family with four members. The structural systems was chosen of Porotherm systems. The ceiling structure is designed from ceiling beams POT and inserts MIAKO. The floors are connected by a reinforced concrete monolithic staircase. The thermal insulation is provided by the ETICS systems. The roof of the house will be designed as flat and sloping roof. The house plan cantains also a two-car garage. The project was designed in ArchiCad and 3D model was made in Artlantis. All the conctructions are in Czech Technical standarts

The project deals with new building of detached in Brno, part Soběšice. Family house is designed for a family of four to year-round living. The building is designed to approximately in the shape of the letter „L“. It is a two-storey building with basement. Terraces are located to the backyard and to the street. Includes a garage designed for one vehicle. The supporting system object is solved from ceramic blocks Porotherm filled with mineral wool. The construction of the roof is flat, single. Land is in slightly sloping terrain.
Municipal center Moutnice

Project deals multifunctional building with facilities for the village Moutnice. Located in the center of the village Moutnice. The terrain is slightly sloping to the north. The house has two floors. The 1st floor is a library with all facilities, garage with workshop and social backgrounds, business mail with the necessary facilities. In the 2nd floor is the office of the village, pharmacy, pediatric GP, GP surgeries for adults and massage room. The house is covered with a hipped roof with a slope of 25 °. The house is made of brick technology ceramic blocks. The truss is designed wooden Hip. Tile roofing.
Fire station, Svitavy

The diploma thesis elaborates the project documentation for the construction of a new apartment of central fire station type C1 with the administrative part of the Territorial Department. The fire station is technologically linked to the second building SO.02 the technical and technological background of the fire station. The building is situated on the eastern edge of Svitavy. The building is non-cellular, it has three floors and a flat green roof. Three floors fulfilling matter with mainly administrative function is connected with two floors blocks fire station with an indoor gym. Above the floor containing garages for emergency vehicles facilities for the emergency unit are placed with a curtain that creates fading of the emergency door. The matter of the gym is optically separated from the station and highlighted with a volume narrow neck and height elevation. In the station there are training places and places for general physical preparation. The buildings are located in a sloping terrain. The ground fire station has a heliport. The establishment supporting columns of the building are for made of prefabricated calyx, and are concreted into monolithic foundation pads. Infill wall vertical bearing and non-bearing structures are designed from clay blocks type THERM. The bearing system is reinforced concrete prefabricated frame. Horizontally bearing structures are designed from prestressed hollow core slabs. The building envelope is made of a curtain wall in dark grey and red combined with a light contact thermal insulation system used on the indoor gym. The envelopes are in the administrative part and the part of the station divided by a glazed area. In the workshops and technology room the envelope is divided by lamellae. Usually there are 13 firemen during one shift, in three shifts there work 39 firemen all together. There are supposed to be 17 employees in the administrative department.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation of a detached house. The building is located in the village Smilovice on the parcel number 2444. This parcel has flat terrain. The object has no cellar, building has two floors and attic. Two floors are decided for the garage and living space. Over the second floor is located attic. The fundation strips are made from plain concrete. The vertical constructions are made from Liapor blocks. The horizontal constructions are made from Liapor´s panels. The roof is sloping.
Multifunctional houses in Řečkovice

The diploma thesis focuses on the design of a new construction of a multifunctional building in Řečkovice. The construction consists of two separate blocks connected by a basement storey with common garages. Each block has three above-ground storeys. On the first basement storey there are garages and technical facilities. On the above-ground storeys there are commercial units with own entrances from the exterior and own sanitation facilities. Furthermore there are flats of varying sizes: from single-room flats with a kitchenette to four-room flats with a kitchenette. One of the flats has been designed as adaptable (wheelchair accessible). All the flats have a recessed balcony or a terrace facing southwest. The construction is built on shallow foundation constructions. The first basement storey is from monolithic reinforced concrete. The above-ground storeys are built from Kalksandstein sand-lime blocks. The exterior walls are insulated with a contact thermal insulation system. The construction is covered by flat roofs.
