High standard detached house

This bachelor work solves project documentation of a high standard detached house . The building is designed on gently sloping land in the village of Dolní Heřmanice. Access to the building is from the local paved road, the entrance to the house is on the first floor. The house is designed as a standalone house with two floors, the second floor is above the portion of the first floor. Roofing of the building is a combination of two flat roofs and pent roof. The structural system of the house is made of brick blocks, including the ceiling construction. It is designed for a family of four.
Garage with Fuel Station

Bachelor thesis presents the structural design of a load bearing steel structure of garage with roof construction of adjoining fuel station. The object is located in periphery area of Uherske Hradiste city, near Jarosov district. The ground plan dimensions are: 36 x 32 meters garage hall; 20 x 20 meters fuel station roofing. Heights of both construction tops are same – 10 meters above the surface. As the main material supporting elements was designed steel S355. The main supporting structure compose of trusses, which are hinged supported by columns. The roof deck is heat insulated, supported by purlins. The wall deck is simillar to roof deck, except of the front wall, which is partly composed of glass casing. At the both sides of garage hall are designed gates for vehicles. The roof deck of fuel station roof construction composes from one single trapezoidal sheet, also supported by purlins. The work contains structural design of individual elements, including mutual joints and anchoring. Calculations are performed according to standards of EN.

This bachelor thesis presents a design of a a family house for 4 -5 member family. The house is situated in Lány near Prague. The house is designed as a two-storey house with a partly flat roof and partly classical roof. Both inside and outside the house, the design respects different levels of the ground around. The house is divided into a living area and garage. The ground floor is intended as a daytime area and it is suitable for family activities. The first floor with bedrooms is intended as a place to sleep and relax. The entrance into the family house is designed on the ground floor. The house is built on a concrete base platform supported by foundation structure. The ground floor and the first floor are made of ceramic blocks. Exterior walls are insulated with Rockwool mineral wool panels. The roof is designed from prefabricated extensive green roof trays. Analysis of thermal and mechanical properties of the house and fire safety report on the building solution is also a part of this bachelor thesis.

This bachelor thesis discusses a project of a detached house with comercial space, which is located in Chrudichromy district. The house has two floors and basement. In the basement there are two deep-level garages. The comercial space will be engaged as a hairdresser's. This is situated on the first floor. The house is projected for five-member family. The enclosure wals are made of Porotherm 30 AKU Z PROFI bricks and are insulated by the Etics systhem. The pack frame is made of POT beams and ceeling beams MIAKO. The house has a double-surface ventilated collar roof. The Bachelor Thesis serves as a contract document for execution of the project.

The building has two floors with no cellar. On the ground floor is situated garage with room for two cars. Integral part of bachelor thesis is a seminar paper. It deals with authentication functionality of family house in selected heating technology terms.

This thesis deals with the project documentation of a family house with a dentist surgery in Kuřim u Brna. It is a two-storey building with garage for one car and no basement. Ground plan of the building is L-shaped and it is covered with two shed roofs and one flat roof. The main entrance to the building is situated at the west, entrance to the surgery goes south. The object is mounted on flat terrain.

This bachelor thesis is focused on proposition and elaboration of project documentation for construction of building an object of above-standard family house which is located in the cadastral area of municipality Hodslavice on a site number 1490/28. The project is consistent with the ground plan of the municipality. The object is partially basement building with two overground floors and a garage, which has been projected for two cars. The house has been designed as one accomodation unit intended for a four-member family. Construction system has been solved from concrete blocks BTB Prefa in the basement and from ceramic blocks in the overground floors. The project of inner disposition has been solved so that its function suits to all user´s demands.
Detached Haus with the Photo Studio

The subject of the bachelor thesis is design documentation for detached house with workshop. The object is situated in the South- Moravian region, in the city of Šlapanice. Detached house is designed as 5+1 and planned as three-story building, with two above-ground floors and a basement. Workshop, which serve as a photo atelier is in the basement, with its own entrance from the east side of the plot. Besides of the photo atelier, there is toilet, cloak-room, bathroom and an office in the workshop. Photo atelier and family house are connected by staircase. Main entrance of the family house is on the north side of the house. There is entrance for pedestrians and drive way to the garage as well. Entrance for pedestrians is in a wind porch, which leads to the main hall with entrance to the garage. There is staircase nearby main entrance, which connects all floors. In the first floor there is common part of the house with living room, kitchen and study. In the second floor is a resting part made for sleep for all family members. Vertical load-bearing structures are made from clay-grinding bricks. Horizontal load-bearing structures are composed from clay inserts and there is a saddle roof, split to two parts.

This elaborated is on the theme of "Family House." They work out of the A, B, C, D.1.1 and D.1.3 and Annex no. 6 to Decree no. 499/2006 Coll., On Construction Documentation, as amended by Decree no. 62/2013 Coll. Family house is designed for 4-5 members. Building Plot is located in Uničov and a number 2126/59. It is a two-storey building with a partial basement. In the eastern part a garage, without a basement. The roof of the garage serves as a balcony. It is accessible from one of the rooms on the second floor. The building is covered with a wooden truss. This creates a pitched roof with a covering of corrugated iron. On the south side terrace is partly covered by a small roof hanging on steel rods. In 1PP is lightweight gym, bathroom, food store, inventory, laundry room and utility room where the boiler is located. V 1 NP is a study, kitchen with pantry, dining room and living room and wc. 2 NP serves as the resting part. There is a bathroom, bedroom, closet and three children's rooms. Perimeter, internal bearing and inner walls are made of Porotherm. Only the basement is part of shuttering. Ceiling construction is Miako and beams Pot.
