The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation of a detached house. The building is located in the village Smilovice on the parcel number 2444. This parcel has flat terrain. The object has no cellar, building has two floors and attic. Two floors are decided for the garage and living space. Over the second floor is located attic. The fundation strips are made from plain concrete. The vertical constructions are made from Liapor blocks. The horizontal constructions are made from Liapor´s panels. The roof is sloping.
Multifunctional houses in Řečkovice

The diploma thesis focuses on the design of a new construction of a multifunctional building in Řečkovice. The construction consists of two separate blocks connected by a basement storey with common garages. Each block has three above-ground storeys. On the first basement storey there are garages and technical facilities. On the above-ground storeys there are commercial units with own entrances from the exterior and own sanitation facilities. Furthermore there are flats of varying sizes: from single-room flats with a kitchenette to four-room flats with a kitchenette. One of the flats has been designed as adaptable (wheelchair accessible). All the flats have a recessed balcony or a terrace facing southwest. The construction is built on shallow foundation constructions. The first basement storey is from monolithic reinforced concrete. The above-ground storeys are built from Kalksandstein sand-lime blocks. The exterior walls are insulated with a contact thermal insulation system. The construction is covered by flat roofs.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of the design of a family residence in Brno - Přízřenice. The supporting system of the building is designed as a wall from KM Beta Sendwix sandstone blocks in above-ground floors and from lost formwork in the basement. Abstract This bachelor's thesis focuses on design and elaboration of documentation for construction of a detached house in Prostějov, Čechovice. The house is to be situated on plot number n.318/14, cadastre unit: Čechovice.The house is divided into living part for a family and establishment for a law office. The part for living is two floored, estabilishment only one, object is partial basement, includes a garage for two cars. A local road is located nearby the plot (class IV road). The proposition and the design of the building have respect for both commune plan and current buildings. The documentation is elaborated with regard to the contemporary Czech legislative and standards. Platform of the building has an irregular shape, roofs are designed as flat roofs. Structural system of the building is designed as wall-and-masonry structural system. The building is located in a flat terrain.

Specifically, the parts A, B, C, D.1.1 and D.1.3 of Annex 6 to Regulation No. 499/2006 Coll., On construction documentation, as amended by Decree No. 62/2013 Coll. The documentation refers to a house designed for four-to five-member family. Land with plate number 1414 is in Troubsko. The building has two floors and a partial basement. The second floor is designed in the form of the attic below the pitched roof with timber roof truss. Lee is protected by pitched hipped roof with timber roof truss. On the south side of the house is a spacious terrace. In the basement is designed one-car garage, utility room and storage. The first floor is the social part of the house. The second floor is resting part, children's rooms and bedroom for parents are placed here. The house is based on the footings of plain concrete.
