Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis. Aim: The aim of this thesis is to introduce the issue of disease of ankylosing spondylitis, focusing on physiotherapy treatment in this disease. Furthermore the thesis is introducing a case study of a patient diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis. Summary: This thesis is divided into two parts, general part and special part. General part introduces the issue of ankylosing spondylitis. The general part describes symptoms of the disease, its diagnostics and ways of treatment, focusing on physiotherapy and physical exercise in general, furthermore possibilities drug treatment and surgery is mentioned as well as other ways of treatment. Finally it describes the prognosis of the disease. Special part introduces a case study of a patient diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis. Based on the initial biomechanical assessment the short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan is evaluated, the therapy carried out according to rehabilitation plan. By comparing both initial and final biomechanical assessment, the effect of therapy was concluded. Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient with the diagnosis of an ischemic cerebrovascular accident. Objectives: This work aims at processing the casuistry of a patient with the diagnosis of an ischemic cerebrovascular accident. I'll summarize the theoretical knowledge about cerebrovascular accidents and subsequent rehabilitation. The aim of the special part is to process the examination, to propose the therapy, to monitor its course and to evaluate the effect of the therapy on the patient's condition. Methods: I acquired the practical sources for processing this bachelor's thesis during my professional practice, which took place from 15th January to 9th Ferbruary, 2018, at the rehabilitation in-patients' ward of Regional Hospital Kladno. The paper is composed of two parts - the general and the special ones. The general part of the thesis deals with the theoretical knowledge about cerebrovascular accidents, the anatomy of the cerebrovascular system, the classification of the cerebrovascular accidents, possible causes of their origin, their prevention and subsequent rehabilitation. Name: Case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient with a gunshot injury of the left hand. Aims: The main aim of the thesis is description of the theoretical knowledge about anatomy, kinesiology and function of the right hand. The thesis also deals with characteristics of gunshot injuries, methods of operational solutions by Kirchner wires and case study of a gunshot injury of the left hand. Methods: The bachelors' thesis is composed of the theoretical and special part. The theoretical part deals with anatomy, kinesiology and function of a hand and also describes fine motor skills. The characteristics of the gunshot injuries and Kirchner wires is also covered in the theoretical part. The practical part deals with a case study of the patient, initial kinesiological analysis, therapies, output kinesiological analysis and evaluation of the effect of the therapy. Title: A Case study of physiotherapeutic care of patient with diagnosis of stroke. Objectives: The goal of this bachelor thesis has been set as processing a case study of patient after ischemic stroke, and summarising important theoretical knowledge regarding this diagnosis. Methods: This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - a general part and a special part. The general part concerns a theory which is necessary to understand this issue thoroughly. That means anatomical basis of the disease, characteristic of the disease including clinical manifestation, epidemiology, risk factors and treatment. The special part includes a detailed case report of the patient including input analysis, performed therapies, output analysis and evaluation of the effect of the therapy. As the patient also suffers from diabetic polyneuropathy, this thesis also covers this topic shortly. Results: The patien's health condition improved. He doesn't tire so fast, tonus of lower extremities' muscles and abdominal wall's muscles has increased, stereotypes of gait and breathing has improved. Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Care of Patient after reverse total shoulder arthroplasty Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to summarized knowledges about reverse total shoulder arthroplasty and to framed case study of Physiotherapy care after this operation. Methods: Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, general part and special part. General part is research elaboration of literature about reverse total shoulder arthroplasty. Special part contains case study of Physiotherapy care with this diagnosis. It consists of input kinesiological examination, performed therapies, output kinesiological examination and valorization of efect of the therapy. Results: Output examination demonstrated improvement of patient's health condition, especially enlargement of ROM in operated shoulder and enlargement of muscle strenght. Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of the patient after the osteosynthesis of trimalleolar fracture Author: Michaela Pešková Aim: Introduction to the problem of osteosynthesis of the ankle and its subsequent rehabilitation, understanding both the theoretical and practical aspects of diagnosis. Methods: The study was proceeded in connection with the continuous practical experience in Malvazinky rehabilitation in the period 8.1.-2.2.2018. The theoretical part was elaborated by the research literature, includes facts from the field of anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics, describes the various operational approaches. The practical part was processed as a case report of patient after osteosynthesis of the ankle after an accidental trimalleolar fracture. It contains both a detailed description of the input and output kinesiological analysis and an overview of the individual therapeutic units and their effect. Results: From the comparison of the input and output kinesiological analysis, improvement of the patient's condition is evident, especially in terms of swelling, joint motion and muscle strength.
