The aim of the thesis is to propose applicable recommendations of the remuneration system, which will lead to higher customer satisfaction and employee engagement contact centres in order to reduce their turnover rate, which currently stands at 23 %. The methods used to achieved the objective analysis of the current remuneration system, guided interview with the head of contact centre survey. Based on the data obtained and the results were evaluated concrete proposals formulated so that it can be applied in practice. Recommendations relating to the adaptation of financial evaluation of call centre staff, changes in employee benefits, adjustments to the evaluation system, as well as changes in management personnel in managerial positions and proposals for the introduction of the cafeteria system in the company. In the context of applicability into account individual recommendations and cost perspective.

This diploma thesis is concerned with questions related to turnover of employees in a manufacturing company. The goal of this diploma thesis is to determine main causes for turnover of employees from point of view of men a women and from point of view of various working categories in a company. The partial goal is the calculation of turnover of employees and identification of costs related to turnover of employees, which have an influence to economic results of company. The research was realized by company Lisovna plastů, spol. s r.o.. We will obtain all required data on the basis of its figures and documents from years 2007 -- 2012, they will be analyzed by using of graphs and charts and we will deduce relevant recommendations.

This Bachelor thesis analyzes the current situation (associated with high turnover) in the work team of selected company. Theoretical bases are describing problem of fluctuation, elements of motivation and satisfaction of employees. These elements are evaluated with the help of questionnaires and surveys so we can find out real and possible causes of employees leaving the company. Each of these causes has its own effective solutions which can reduce the turnover of employees in the team. There is an established inefficient career growth of an operator in the work teams which should be replaced by one meeting the requirements of the operators. The most common reasons for leaving are other job opportunities, salary, performance bonuses, job content, supervisor, lack of time and fees. This applies to more than 50% of the staff. Former employees have agreed that the final reason for leaving was their supervisor. Trainings of managerial skills by external lecturers which are specialists in the field could help create quality background for management of the company and would be beneficial for current leaders .Conducting regular surveys of the staff's satisfaction, evaluation of the operator of the month, evaluation of the team of the month, loyalty benefits of the long-term employed operators, differentiation of work, new kinds of rewards, fees elimination, new leadership and increased awareness of operators would help to run the company more efficiently.

This thesis focuses on the analysis of employee turnover in the company TRW-DAS a.s. Dačice. The first part consists of the theoretical part and in the second part, the analysis was made and the methods for measuring employee turnover in the company TRW-DAS a.s. were applied. Based on the established calculations and information, recommendations and proposals that would lead to a reduction in employee turnover of the company were proposed. The aim of this thesis is to apply the recommendations and solutions that would reduce employee turnover in the company TRW-DAS a.s.
Analysis of fluctuation in an international company

The goal of my diploma thesis is to find out the reasons of real and latent fluctuation of a specific team in an unknown international company. To reach the target I am linking up theoretical conclusions about employee's fluctuation and about other areas connected with that theme (i.e. company culture or selected personal processes) together with empirical research in the specific team. The reasons of real fluctuation are examined on former and leaving employees. Reasons of the latent fluctuation -- connected with gradual alienation leading to dissatisfaction and possible leave of the employee -- are examined thanks to five partial goals (selection of employees and psychological agreement; motivation and leadership; education and development of employees; reward system and career options). The real reasons of selected employees leaving the company are insufficient career options. Summary of findings about real and latent fluctuation and recommendations for team management are explained at the end of the study using SWOT analysis.

The diploma thesis aims to explore work motivation and satisfaction of employees in chosen company, based on the assumption that these are at the lower level. On the ground of gained information subsequently proposes a suitable motivational program for language school employees. Considering low number of respondents there are several research methods used in the thesis, including personal and written questioning of employees, interviews with former employees, Bales interaction analysis, and comparison with another institution of similar nature. Based on the research has been confirmed the hypothesis about dissatisfaction of employees on the workplace. Taking into account the structure of statements is whole research and its conclusions grounded in Herzberg theory of work motivation and proposed program includes both hygienic and motivational elements.
