Proposal for Company Financial Plan

Aim of this thesis is to design a financial plan of new settled company. The first part discusses the theoretical basis of financial planning. The second part focuses on the company itself and its analysis of the current situation. Consequently, it is proposed financial plan for the years 2017 - 2019 in the optimistic and pessimistic variant and an assessment of the financial plan.

A Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan

The diploma thesis is focused on making a financial plan of a selected company for the next 4 periods. The first part deals with theoretical knowledge in the field of financial planning, which will be important for getting acquainted with the issue. In the next part, a strategic and financial analysis is made thanks to which it is then possible to compile a draft financial plan, including the implementation of intended investments. The conclusion of the thesis contains a summary evaluation of the developer financial plan.

The diploma work presents financing from a structural funds of the EU and analysis of problems of this type of financing. Main focus is on elaboration feasibility study (economical project rating), that is an inseparable part of the application for grant from these funds. It also speaks about alternative methods of financial resourcing essentials to realize the desired business plan.

The analytic part evaluates the current situation of the chain and the future franchisant. The final, practical part of the thesis contains the business plan for setting up of the franchise shop.

The aim of this master´s thesis is to design a business plan for creating wine producing company on the basis of critical analysis. It consists of three main parts: the theoretical approach to solution, the analysis of the current situation and the proposal of the business plan for creating wine producing company. The work is based on the real situation, the results can serve as a support for the implementation of the plan or as a foundation for obtaining external sources of finance. All the thesis elements are processed in accordance with the acquired knowledge from the masters´s degree study programme and the attached literature.

The aim of my thesis, which is called „Business project in the area of renewable energy resources“, is to analyze business opportunities in the area of renewable energy resources, which have been highly actual and discussed recently, whether in term of benefit for environment or in connection with international problem of shortness in energy resources. Result of this thesis is, on the basis of the analysis, to define recommendations in the form of optimal proposal for realization. The thesis is engaged in description of current state in the area of the renewable energy resources, their utilization in practice and consequential proposals for realization including project financial plan. The thesis is also engaged in possibilities of state budget and EU grants use.

The thesis deals with a technological project of Polymer System Centre in Zlín. It focuses on financial documentation and a time schedule of the construction. The technological project in detail focuses on implementation of a fabric of the Polymer System Centre. The thesis includes a technical report which suggests procedure of the construction. The technological documentation includes a plan of the construction site arrangement, a time schedule, a financial plan for the construction, a budget, a technological report suggesting partitions made of magnesium slabs, a control plan, a test plan and health and safety plan.

The master’s thesis aims at valuation of a selected company. Valuation is based on the yield methods of appraisal. The first part defines the theoretical background used in the second part. The second part is practical and works with real data of existing company. Strategic and financial analyses were used to evaluate selected financial indicators. The pessimistic and optimistic variants of the financial plan are part of the thesis. The financial plans are based on percentage proportion of takings. These plans establish a starting point for valuation of the company based on discounted cash flow. The aim of the thesis is to determine the value of the company at the time of appraisal.
