In the first part are define problems and objectives. In the second are contains the characteristics of the business plan and theoretical resources in business area. In the second part the market is analysed based on marketing survey and competition analysis. The project part is the result of the two previous parts. It is a complex and realizable real business plan.

The aim of the thesis is to compile a business plan for extending the accommodation space in the enterprise called “Hostel u Minoritů”, focused on providing short-term accommodating service. The premises of the establishment are currently located in the second floor of the private house at the Minoritská Street 10. The extending involves the whole third floor of the same building. Based on theoretical knowledge and acquired facts, the thesis suggests the form of the execution of the changes and the economical evaluation.

The subject of this thesis is to analyse the actual state of vegetable and microgreens market in Czechia and set a solid foundation for establishment of a microgreens business. The outcome of the thesis is supported by findings from analytic tools such as SLEPTE, SWOT, Porter´s Five Forces model and Lean canvas. The theoretical part includes definitions of basic terms regarding entrepreneurship, startups, and basic explanation of analytical tools. The outcome of the work is to assess all the acquired data and evaluate feasibility of the business plan.
