This bachelor thesis deals with work performance and work management on re-mote work conditions in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to assess the home office as one of the options of work organization and in terms of its long-term functioning, especially in the field of performance and work management of remote workers. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part contains a review of the litera-ture dealing with the issue. The second part of the thesis contains the actual re-search, which is divided into two parts. The first part of the research is based on a questionnaire survey, which was participated by the employees of the given com-pany. The second part is structured interviews with 5 senior employees of the company.

The bachelor's thesis is focused on human resources management, styles and tools of management and motivation in the chosen company. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts related to human resources management and employee motivation from a general point of view, which have been elaborated from a number of professional publications. The literature search is the starting point for the practical part in which the company's incentive system is described. A questionnaire has been prepared to evaluate the management style and employee motivation in order to increase the efficiency of the company's work. Before the conclusion of the bachelor's thesis, proposals for adjustments to the human resources management style and recommendations to increase the efficiency of the company's employees' work performance are given.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the rewarding system of employees in APRIS 3MP s.r.o. The aim of this thesis is to propose recommendations that will lead to im-proving the quality of the current rewarding system in the company. The first part of the thesis deals with the description of remuneration and employee moti-vation. The second part introduces the examined company, and using a question-naire survey and qualitative interviews, data on employee satisfaction and the current remuneration system are obtained. Based on this data, recommendations are proposed to improve the remuneration system, which could contribute to greater employee satisfaction in the future.
The system of Education of employees in a selected Organization

This thesis, titled "The System of Education of Employees in a Selected Organization", aimed to suggest changes and recommendations that could lead to the improvement of the current training system in the organization based on the analysis conducted. A quantitative research method in the form of a questionnaire was used to collect data. The thesis is divided into two main parts, namely theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on the study of literature and includes basic concepts related to the field of human resource management and employee training. The practical part focuses on the basic characteristics of the selected company, namely company XY, which wished to remain anonymous. In addition, the current state of training in the company is analysed with the help of internal materials of the organisation. The analysis of the current state is also complemented by an online questionnaire survey involving 74 respondents. This thesis concludes with suggestions and recommendations from the enterprise to improve the current training system in the organization.
The system of evaluation of employees in a selected organization

The aim of this thesis is to propose changes after the analysis of the employee evaluation system in a selected organization, which is the company Schäfer-Menk s.r.o. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the following concepts: human resource management, employee evaluation, its criteria, the person of the evaluator, evaluation errors, and what constitutes performance management. Then the different ways of employee evaluation are defined and at the end of this part the importance of employee evaluation is summarized. In the practical part, information about Schäfer-Menk Ltd. is given. Furthermore, an analysis of the current evaluation and remuneration system is made. The basis for the analysis is information from the HR director and a questionnaire survey of the company's employees. On the basis of the comparison of the data obtained from the practical part with the theoretical findings, suggestions for the improvement of the current employee evaluation system in this company were recommended.

The second part, based on the findings from the first part, is devoted to the analysis of the current employee remuneration system. The final part of the work focuses on proposals for changes in this system.

In the second part of the thesis, basic information about the company is provided, and an analysis of selected indicators and evaluation of the current state of the specific internal directive of the company is carried out. In the last part, a proposal for an internal directive - a wage regulation dealing with the setting of rules for remineration system and evaluating the company's employees - is created.
