The legal regulation of satisfaction of employees wages claims while their employer is in the insolvency This thesis deals with the satisfactions of wages claims of the employees while their employer is being insolvent. It is described on the base of the valid special legal act number 118/2000 Sb., which gives the person the possibility how to ask for the wages claims that were not payed out by their employer. There is described the role of the Labour office which is approved to the satisfaction of employees claims according to that special legal act. The thesis is concentrated on the practical aspects of this area and there is said how this topic deals with an other area of our legal system and other legal acts. As the main condition for application of that special legal act is the beginning of the insolvency process with the concrete employer decribed. After this procedure is started than could be the employees claims satisfied by the Labour office if the legal conditions are filled. There are also decribed the preliminary legal questions which could be necessary to sort out by the Labour office and which could be connected with the satisfaction of employees claims. The Status of individual professional athlete

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of a status of individual professional athlete. This issue seems to be easy to resolve as the legal doctrine unanimously classifies individual professional athletes as self-employed. However, further examination provides more detailed view and illustrates the issue is not as unambiguous as one might assume. Thus the aim of the thesis was to analyse the status and sports activity performance of individual professional athlete both theoretically and practically. The analysis of the sports activity performance of single individual professional athletes points out that their performances are different to a great extent. The sports activity performance of some athletes can be even without any doubt considered as a dependent work in terms of labour law. It results in fact that some of individual professional athletes conducts sports activity as self-employed, some of them are employees and some of them even professional soldiers. Every single legal status is connected with various benefits but also with some difficulties. In addition, according to predominant practice and regardless on the nature of their sports activity performance athletes are free to choose their legal status. This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of the Ethical code of Czech railways Inc. employee and their application in communication. The theoretical part deals with issues of ethics, ethical code, communication and description of the company Czech Railways Inc. The practical part analyzes and interprets the findings from the research, which was done by the method of semi-structured interview. The aim of the practical part is to find out how well Czech Railways employees are well aware of the Code of Ethics of the company, how they obey and applied by it.

On the basis of the analytical part, measures to optimize the number of employees and optimize wage costs will be proposed to the employers.

The theoretical part explains the relationship between the employer and the employee. The next part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of remuneration of employees and the analysis of contributions from the Labor office. In conclusion there are proposed optional solutions that lead to economic and tax savings.
