Design and Realisation of the Competency Approach for Children of Younger School Age in the Junák - Czech Scouting Organisation

The aim of this thesis is to create and implement a competency-based approach in the organization Junák - Czech Scouting for children of younger school age. Further, it analyses the possibilities and limits of such an approach. The theoretical part deals with the development of key competencies through scout education. Special attention is paid to the transformation of the educational programme in the children's organization Junák - Czech Scout at the beginning of the 21st century. Furthermore, the terms of competence and key competence are discussed. The practical part was carried out as action research in the 3rd Scout Unit Holubov. Using a questionnaire survey, the research first focuses on the reflection of Scout Paths, which represent the current scout tool for applying the competency-based approach. The next part of the research concentrates on creating a new competency-based model that verifies and reflects in practice. In the final part, the possibilities and limits of this new model are analyzed and suggestions for further implementations are proposed. System approach to line managers education at company CIUR, a. s.

The presented rigorous work on the topic of a systemic approach to the education of line managers in the corporation CIUR, a. s., Is focused on the creation and implementation of an educational model directly for a specific corporation and the design of measures to improve the education system. This is an area where early implementation in practice can be expected. The theoretical part of the rigorous thesis deals with the education of line managers, which is considered a necessary step to increase competitiveness and reduce costs (complaints, scrap products). It describes individual areas of systematic education in the corporation, supports the implementation of IT technologies in teaching, the importance of which is currently invaluable. Furthermore, in the field of education of line managers, it solves educational needs, design of optimal educational methods and forms, development of competencies or use of talent management for education. The practical part introduces the corporation CIUR, a.s. and comparative corporation B, which is conducted quantitative research, using research methods of benchmarking, SWOT analysis, questionnaire survey and interviews to determine the importance of educational factors for the line managers of the corporation. The issue of inclusion in practice at a selected secondary vocational school and elementary school in the district of Mělník

This diploma thesis The issue of inclusion in practice at a selected secondary vocational school and primary school in the district of Mělník deals issues of inclusion in elementary, lower secondary and vocational education of a student with specific educational needs. It allows zooming in the issue of the inclusion in practise especially from the point of the key pedagogical staff being involved in education of an included student. For a presentation of the development of her education a case study has been set. Defining a role of a teacher's assistant during the process of education. Comparing the running of inclusion of a student during lower secondary with vocational education. Issues of a student during practical training at the work place. Methods of a structured interview with key pedagogical staff were used in this theses with afterwards summary and interpretation of the results. The aim of this thesis is to conduct a survey of the issue of inclusion in practise, define same features and differences in the approach and in possibilities of an inclusion. At the end of thesis there are some questions and proposals for reflection on the matter from the side of the participating pedagogical staff asked. Further education of secondary school pedagogic workers in the Central Bohemia region

The present thesis focuses on further education of pedagogical personnel at high schools in Central Bohemia Region. The aim of this thesis is to explore, whether the teaching staff continue with their education. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is split into two chapters which offer definitions of key words and explain the basic terms closely related to further education of pedagogical personnel. The following chapter describes the implementation of further education of pedagogical personnel, educational methods and tools. The theoretical part also deals with gaining financial sources for further education. The practical part of the thesis is split into two chapters employing the method of questionnaire survey which was sent to the teaching staff in the Central Bohemia Region. This method was used to explore the motivation of pedagogical personnel to continue their education, and to monitor the conditions for their education. In the conclusion, the thesis adverts to several recommendations arising from the questionnaire survey.

This diploma thesis focuses on didactic games and their use during the lessons of social sciences at grammar schools. It mainly deals with the area of political science. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part looks into a didactic game itself, its significance for people, its role in education and the philosophical approach to didactic games. Not only a game from the didactic point of view, but also project teaching, which is closely related to this topic, are covered. The practical part is based on monitoring of selected schools. This part focuses on preparation of particular teaching topics and their subsequent analysis from the teachers' point of view. The aim of my dissertation Autism and a financial literacy is comparing the differences between the education of autistic pupils at special elementary schools or at elementary school in inclusion….. Next monitoring the summary of financial literacy of autistics. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part contains the information about autism, the list of autistic disorders, methods and possibilities of training of autistic pupils and describes possible causes of its formation. In the practical part I describe the differences between the education of autistic pupils at special elementary school and in inclusion at elementary school ….The research is concerned with the summary and the comparison of financial literacy knowledge of an autistic pupil at primary school with his healthy schoolmates.

And then describe educational methods and adopting of knowledge and skills for students with learning disabilities. I also aimed on role and attitude of teachers in education of pupils with learning disabilities. Through questionnaire inquiry I was investigating readiness and forms of education by teachers of foreign languages in this problematics, with evaluation of collected data and final summarization of this problematics. Work should serve not only for academical purposes, but also for informing teachers of foreign languages and choosing of their future work in educational process of pupils with specific learning disabilities.
