Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) in Business Practice
Morcinková, Lenka ; Nahodil, Petr (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
Master’s thesis is concerned with maintenance management in manufacturing companies focusing on TPM. The first part of the thesis deals with the topic theoretically and proposes possible solution in company Siemens Electric Machines s.r.o. based on system analysis. The practical part then describes the current state of maintenance management and recommend various measures to improve autonomous, scheduled and reactive maintenance in this company.
A multi-source power station switch- and control-boards digitization project
Fiala, Martin ; Bátora, Branislav (referee) ; Drápela, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with comprehensive proposal and reconstruction of switchgears for source power station on Department of Electrical Power Engineering with controlled rotating and static power sources, that can be managed remotely using a programmable logic controller via the communication link. Part work also description of the control system and all the necessary parts for reconstruction. At last this thesis deals with the problem, which is linked to the deployment of automation in general, including the negative aspects, describes the problem of industrial communication systems along with the most used fieldbus that is used in the implementation of automated solutions.
Economic Aspects of Process Innovation in an Enterprise
Bilík, Adam ; Gregor, Ondřej (referee) ; Bočková, Nina (advisor)
The presented bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of selected economic aspects of the established process innovation in the field of production digitalization in the selected company. The economic benefits of innovation for the company were formulated on the basis of the economic indicators results evaluation. The analysis and evaluation of the implemented process innovation in a broader context clearly shows that the specific process innovation in the field of production digitalization has become a significant benefit for the company, as it has a positive impact on the company as well as on its employees and future direction. Digitization in general thus represents a clear trend that the analysed society intends to continue.
Determination of efficiency of hydraulic drive with recuperation
Kobza, Michal ; Robenek, Dětřich (referee) ; Nevrlý, Josef (advisor)
In the first part of the thesis is determined efficacy criterion for the individual operating modes of the experimental stand with energy recovery and subsequently are evaluated the records of individual measurements. Energy savings are calculated with using energy recovery. The second part describes the process of digitizing relative fuel consumption map of the engine. Results are confronted with a real application engine in the road roller Ammann AP 240 H. In addition, the master thesis describes the creation of hydrostatic converter block in the program MATLAB/Simulink 2012b. Creating block can be used in the development of simulation models.
Design of Lean Production and its Implementation into the Conditions of Operation when Applying Digitization
Šmíd, Václav ; Matušinec, David (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on design of lean production and its implementation by means of digitization in Fatra, a.s. Napajedla. The partial goal of the thesis is to analyze the functions, advantages and importance of the MES system in the company. First, the company, its production portfolio and organizational structure will be introduced. In the analytical part of the thesis, the production process and the current state of production in the selected section will be characterized. The practical part will focus on optimizing production using digital outputs. The thesis contains a proposal that contributes to increase of efficiency in the given production section.
Measuring of Vehicle Instant Velocity
Štencel, Jakub ; Petyovský, Petr (referee) ; Horák, Karel (advisor)
The theoretical part of this paper summarizes the methods for motion analysis in an image. Inspected in detail are the methods used for motion detection in the image sequences. The practical part is focused on finding the significant points in the image (the targeting reticles on the body of the vehicle) which are then used to calculate the speed of the vehicle.
Digital twin concept for hydraulic machines
Klement, Jan ; Burda, Radim (referee) ; Rudolf, Pavel (advisor)
The term “Digital twin” is associated with Industry 4.0. It is a projection of an object into a virtual environment, which enables to predict behaviour and explore the existing behaviour. In engineering, such objects can be components, machines, or entire companies. Subsequently, Digital twin helps to determine the most suitable operation depending on the conditions. This thesis deals with the possibilities of digital twin. Subsequently, it describes the current state of turbomachinery, concentrating in particular on hydraulic machines in the field of Digital twin. The final part of the thesis describes the concept for creating a Digital twin for a centrifugal pump.
Web Portal and DigitalniPodnik.cz Application
Sýkora, Martin ; Lacko, Branislav (referee) ; Šeda, Miloš (advisor)
The thesis deals with the creation of a website and a web application of a project to support digitization in small and medium-sized companies in the Czech Republic. The website and applications are built on the Websy content management system. The test environment that was created provides an assessment of the company's digital maturity. The expert module contains additional functions for members of the cooperating expert group.
Study of the Concept of Changes in the Production Process Based on Approaches to Possible Digitization
Horák, Roman ; Ing. Ivo lána, Ph.D (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
The diploma thesis describes the current situation in the company in terms of digitization and automation of the production process and then presents a proposal for measures and improvements that respect the principles of lean manufacturing and aim to help competitiveness and achieve strategic goals of the company. Part of the work is also to define the conditions necessary for the implementation of these measures and benefits of the measures.
Sample preparation for tensile test from a form-complex part using Reverse Engineering and CAD/CAM systems
Okřina, Lukáš ; Jaroš, Aleš (referee) ; Slaný, Martin (advisor)
The Master's thesis deals with the proposition of a suitable methodology to produce test specimens intended for tensile testing. Considering the irregular geometries of the parts and deformations in previous tests, reverse engineering was used to obtain a CAD model that was used to control dimensions and create a machining strategy. This thesis also includes an analysis of current technologies in the field of reverse engineering.
