Private schools in the primary education system: case study of the Karlovy Vary Region

This diploma thesis focuses on private primary in the Karlovy Vary Region. It is a case study whose main aim is to present private primary schools in the context of the development of private schools at the national level. It looks at the trend of recent years, when there has been an increase in private schools across the regions of the Czech Republic. The thesis is based on secondary data obtained from relevant documents related to private education and from the known evidence available in the country. It presents the facts about private primary schools from the perspective of various authors who primarily deal with the topic in the Czech environment. The theoretical basis of the work is based on the supply and demand for education. Attention is also paid to parents as actors who have a significant influence on the existence of private primary schools. The research part provides insights into the market of private primary education in the Karlovy Vary Region. There are introduced individual schools that have been established in the region from 1991 to the present. The aim of this thesis is to objectively evaluate the schools located in the Karlovy Vary Region based on the analysis of data on individual schools. This thesis deals with residential real estate market in the Great Britain and its development. The thesis describes all evalution methods used in the Great Britain, it also describes the current state of the property market, expert work and in the end are described in detail the methods used for the valuation of the house. In thesis attachment is an exemplar of the evalution report for a house in the Great Britain according to the standards and the methodologies used by the evaluation experts in the United Kingdom.

The Identification of the Demand

The aim of this thesis is to work out demand for various kinds of commodities of current consumption by conducting a survey. From the polled data, a function of price demand elasticity of selected commodities is drawn up, on which suggestions to sellers for turnover maximization is based.

The analysis is focused on commercial office projects and it is formed in three successive levels, at the level of the Czech Republic, at the level of the analysis of the Prague and Brno markets, to a specific analysis of the selected project.

The subject of my Master´s Thesis is the technical analysis. Teoretical part is about the approach of the theoretical issues, description of its individual methods, in the second part I'm concerned with the practical use of technical analysis in trading on the financial market and at the end of the thesis I will evaluate the effect of using the technical analysis in practice, in general also in the specific cases I investigated, I summarize its advantages and disadvantages.

Software Application for Assessment of Selected Indicators

This study describes development of the software to support stock management for small e-commerce companies. The software development was done for the company called MegaComics. The purpose of the developed software is automated calculation of the optimal stock values based on the predicted demand. The first part of the document contains an overview of theoretical knowledge needed during the development of the software. Next to that, it describes the company and calculations required for the application development. The last part contains details on the software application and code which was developed in Visual Basic for Applications.

The bachelor thesis analyzes the influence of the economic cycle on the creation of bid prices in construction. The theoretical part defines the economic cycle, supply and demand, prices, budget and tenders for construction companies. The practical part analyzes the approach of individual subjects to the creation of offer prices by means of a questionnaire survey and guided interviews with individual consultants. Finally, the findings are summarized and recommendations are made.

In this diploma work I have attempted to solve problems about managing manufactoring resources in company used in servicing electro-technical production. Problems about manufactoring resources appeared in a time due to a loss of a significant customer when manufactoring resources have became disfunctional. Manufactoring resources reduction policy has been applied in various ways which have led to a significant reduction of a company’s stock.
