The bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of the financial situation in the given company, using selected methods. These are the years 2012, 2014, 2015 and 2016. The first part of the thesis includes knowledge from the theory, which is further applied in the practical part of this work. The second part focuses on basic business information and numerical examples of individual indicators. The third part proposes specific measures to improve the financial health of the company in the coming years.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the current system of debt collection of the chosen business entity from 2018-2020. The teoretical part of the thesis defines the basic terms from legal and economic point of view. The analytical part of the thesis provides information about the business entity and analysis of the debt, including the method of its securing and recovering. Based on the analytical part, proposals are presented to improve the current method of debt securing and recovering.

This thesis deals with debt recovery among entrepreneurs. The rst part of the work is to explain the legal, accounting, tax and economic terms. Analytical part describes the monitoring of business entity in which it focuses on the problems associated with the recovery of debts and their existing solutions. The last part describes my proposed starting points, as the best and most ecient way to recover the debt, but also how it is already in the emergence of a well secured.

This bachelor thesis deals with the acquisition of perspective about the financial situation of the company ABC s. r. o. through a properly selected economic information system. To assess the financial situation of the company are used methods of financial analysis described in the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis. Part of content bachelor thesis are also proposals not only from the choice of optimal economic information system, but also proposals to improve the company's current position based on the results obtained by calculating the selected indicators of financial analysis, not only from within environments the newly designed economic information system.

My bachelor's thesis deals with problems of debt collection after due date. The theoretical part focuses on the creation, ensuring, limitation and termination claims. It also deals with methods of debt collection according to the Civil Procedure Code, Enforcement Code and arbitration procedure. The thesis analyzes overdue receivables in the company Poličská stavební, s. r. o. and submits proposals for more effective debt collection in this company.

This Bachelor thesis analyzes the debt recovery in the company MERCI, Ltd. The theoretical part of thesis deals with not only recovery of debt, but also the reasons behind debt occurence, therefore the creation, debt security and termination debt. Finnaly, it recommended an effectvie way of recovery and proposed preventive measures against the occurrence of overdue debts.
