Energy data monitoring in electric vehicle
Krejz, Jan ; Dedek,, Jan (referee) ; Baxant, Petr (advisor)
The thesis deals with the monitoring of the energy data in an electric vehicle using modern diagnostics, using data readings from the CAN bus. The thesis can be divided into three parts. The first part provides a theoretical introduction to the measurement systems found in electric vehicles, then there are the methods of data transmission within the electric vehicle and the possibilities of how to obtain this data. The second part is an overview energy model that theoretically describes the possible flows of electrical energy within an electric vehicle, this theory is then supported by models in Simulink software for specific situations and tests where the theoretically calculated values of energy consumed were verified using this model. and the measured values. In the last section, a proposal for tests and locations where it would be appropriate to monitor these flows is presented. Some of the tests were performed and then evaluated.
Porovnání exploatačních parametrů lisů
DOLEŽAL, David
Aim of this diploma thesis is to focus on the comparison of types of press chambers in Krone's cylindrical bales presses. In particular, the compressibility and energy consumption in these presses/machines will be compared. Firstly, the history of the cylindrical bale presses will be shortly described and then every chamber build will be briefly detailed. Next part of this thesis is dedicated to the characterization of the land, where the measurement took place, and the methods of the measurement/measurement methodology/methodology of measurement. The measured values will be rated and recommended for the agricultural practice.
Porovnání průměrné rychlosti a spotřeby paliva traktorů při dopravě
KOČÍ, David
This thesis will compare several tractors with similar performance but of different makes and ages. The main comparison will be fuel consumption and average speeds of the selected machines under different loads on a predetermined route. All this information will be evaluated and compared with each other.
A Gratification Perspective of Why People Buy Herbal Tea and What do They Want from it: A Content Analysis of Tea Products' Online Reviews
Yang, Wenyu ; Jeřábek, Hynek (advisor) ; Remr, Jiří (referee)
In the three years since the spread of COVID-19, herbal medicine as a potential treatment has been presented increasingly frequently. These conversations fueled an already robust industry for herbal supplements. People can use herbal remedies without a prescription or referral from a doctor. However, several adverse consequences have been reported as a result of the unrestricted use of herbal remedies. Existing research on herbal remedies consists primarily of pharmacological and anthropological investigations; social science study on the topic is limited. This thesis questioned the social and psychological motivations behind the individuals purchase of herbal teas. The analysis of online herbal tea reviews revealed three levels of herbal tea consumption reasons: flavour and commodity attributes at the commodity level, herbal medicine effects and ingredients at the instrumental level, and personal ritual activity and lifestyle choices at the symbolic level. The thesis identifies three distinct groups of herbal tea drinkers whose consumption patterns and motivations differ dramatically. These results contribute to the public's comprehension of herbal remedies and to the government's management of this expanding market. Hustling Phenomenon in Czechoslovakia
Královičová, Jana ; Vaněk, Miroslav (advisor) ; Krátká, Lenka (referee)
This diploma thesis deals with hustling which was a phenomenon of Czechoslovakia in late socialism and it is neglected in Czech and Slovak historiography. The research is focused on methods and practices of how this people ran their "secondary business", and I also try to find their place in Czechoslovak society. The main basis for this research, are interviews which were recorded by using a method of oral history. Beside this, the study is supported also by knowledge and information of literature, archive materials, and daily newspaper. The study presents new perspectives on the practice of hustlers, their motivation to start with this illegal activity, as well as various views on the term "vekslák", and how these people perceive this word and his sense in relation to their person. There is also a contribution to the ethics of this research which is specifically related to topic by its very nature.
Vyhodnocení exploatačních a kvalitativních ukazatelů sklízečů brambor různých konstrukcí
BÍBA, Ondřej
My diploma thesis deals with the measurement of operational and qualitative indicators of potato harvesters of various constructions. The measurements took place in the Vysočina region, which is a typical potato growing area. I specifically measured three types of harvesters, namely losses, hourly performance, tuber damage and fuel consumption (hereinafter "fuel").
Hodnocení harvestorové technologie
KOČÍ, David
The aim of this bachelor thesis is try to compare machines for felling trees at two private entrepreneurs with the same production focus but different machines. The main comparison lies in the performance, fuel consumption and financial costs of individual work operations in a pre-designated area. All this information will be converted to the annual work output of the machines.
Porovnání senážních linek s řezačkami Claas a John Deere
VÁJA, Petr
This work will try to compare lines for forage harvesting for silage, in two farms with a focus on production focus and production method of harvesting. The main value will be calculated in performance, fuel consumption and financial costs of individual work operations. All costs will be converted to 1 tonne of mass. Samples and proven subsequent analysis of the components will be taken from the final product.
Stanovení emisí oxidu uhličitého v závislosti na velikosti jízdních odporů automobilu na vybrané dopravní trase
ZAJÍČEK, Tomáš
The diploma thesis deals with an emission constituent of carbon dioxide as a greenhouse gas, which currently creates global problem in the form of global warming. The carbon dioxide (CO2) is in the largest quantities produced by coal power plants and by traffic, partucularly maritime transport, air and road transport, which consitutes the main topic in this work. Today's vehicles are subject to strict emission standards with the main demand for shrinking the upper limit of produced CO2 with given design technologies of vehicles with combustion engines, regardless other external factors influencing this production. The aim of the work is determination of the emission constituent CO2 produced by the car Mitsubishi Space Star. There were three measurement runs at five sections of selected traffic routes with this car, with the elevation character and flat surfaces reflected in running resistances of cars following the consumption and the amount of produced CO2. The total values are evaluated and discussed in the discussion chapter.
Slow Life: Slow Living in the Fast Age
KRATOCHVÍL ŠMAJCLOVÁ, Kateřina
The basic topic of this Bachelor thesis is the introduction of the concept of so-called slow living. The main starting point of this lifestyle is the principle of sustainability and general consideration for other members of society, as well as for the environment and limited natural resources. The concept of Slow defines itself against the accelerating life, the hunger of consumer society, and the unnecessary accumulation of material things that are unnecessary for life. This concept tries to show that a people can be happy with little material things, even more so if their behavior does not contribute to the production of low-quality products, mishandling of the human workforce, and the production of other unnecessary waste. In addition to introduction with the motives for a slow life approach, in the next few chapters we will be focused mainly on the topic of food and clothing, but we will focus on them with a different perspective than we usually look at in these topics. We will be interested in their fast and many criticized variants, and then we will imagine their slower opposites. On many pages we will be dealing with a slow-lifer, which is a model supporter of this approach to life, thanks to which we will be able to imagine better specific situations that a fan of a slower life-style deals with every day. The price and quality of products, as well as the origin of their creation, will also be a big topic in this thesis, because the requirement of fair dealing and transparency of production is characteristic of the slow concept. So we will be accompanied by questions such as - Do I really need this thing? And if so, is it necessary to buy it, or can I get it differently? How much have I been influenced by an commercial that says chosen product meets my criteria and expectations, and is it really so? The following pages will help us answer all of this.
