The main topic of the bachelor thesis is to develop a business plan focused how to deal with presentation of new wine varieties to the market. The family winery called Kadrnka for example, which produces classic wine varieties and new wine varieties too. My solution is based on specific plans, environmental analysis and application of all informations and knowledge what I have learned during my studies.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the processing of a business plan for the establishment of experiential restaurant in the city center of Brno. The work is divided into four main parts. Part one describes the objective and methodology of work. The second part contains theoretical knowledge and background, needed to create a business plan. In the third part with the help of theoretical knowledge analyzed the current market situation. The last part contains suggestions.

The thesis is focused on service management business entity and deals with the analysis of the travel agency ABC Ltd. Theoretical part involves the interpretation of concepts, marketing services and quality management services. The practical part contains an analysis and subsequent evaluation of proposals for amendments. Aim of this work is to propose measures to improve the quality of existing services, which would lead not only to greater customer satisfaction, but also to increase the number of services sold.

The bachelors thesis describes the establishment of a new distribution company that will deal with the distribution of the company, which operates in automotive industry. The thesis analyzes both, the internal and external enviroment of founded distribution company VINTECH-EU Ltd. Thanks to the analysis was compiled such a business plan that includes expected future vision of partners, the current state of the market and reflects the knowledge that I have acquired during my studies.

The firm will be established as a limited liability company, which will be situated in Brno. The thesis consists of several parts, where you can find the presumptions of the enterprise success, calculation of the future sales and proposal of the steps for the firm realization.
