Proposal of Communication Mix of the Selected Company

This diploma thesis deals with the communication mix of a selected company, which is the newly opened Porsche Center in Brno. In the first, theoretical part, the author discusses the theoretical basis and methods that were used in the following part from selected sources. In it, the monitored company is examined using a PEST analysis and Porter's five forces analysis, while the results of the analysis are summarized using a SWOT analysis. In the final part, the design measures are presented, which are based on the findings and investigations in the analytical part. Among them, the author suggests increasing activity on social networks, revitalizing websites or creating advertising items.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a communication mix for a selected organization. In the first part of the work, the theoretical starting points are explained. The second part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the organization's communication mix and the analysis of selected elements of the organization's microenvironment and macroenvironment. In the third part of the thesis, proposals for improving selected elements of the communication mix are presented, a time schedule is created and the financial demands of this change are outlined.
Optimization of Marketing Communication in the Selected Company

The diploma thesis focuses on the optimization of marketing communication of the company and is divided into 3 parts. In the first part, the theoretical background and concepts related to marketing and communication mix are presented. The second part focuses on the analysis of the enterprise in relation to the theoretical topics. The analytical part is complemented by the characteristics of the company and a questionnaire survey. From the results obtained, a proposal section is developed, which describes possible suggestions for optimizing the company's current marketing communication.

The secondary objective is to spread awareness of the selected company and build a company database.

Based on the performed analysis, are made proposals for changes in specific areas of the communication mix. These changes should ensure a better perception of the copmpany.

This diploma thesis deals with the development of a proposal to improve the marketing strategy of a selected visual artist, namely Klaudie Švrčková, active on the contemporary visual scene. The work is divided into four main parts. The theoretical part of the work is focused on clarifying the basic concepts related to marketing strategy, marketing mix, marketing tools and other concepts necessary for understanding and drafting a marketing strategy. The analytical part contains the introduction of the artist and the analysis of the current marketing strategy of the artist needed to obtain information for the practical part of the thesis. The analytical part is also supplemented by the marketing research carried out. The practical part of the work is devoted to the development of a proposal to improve Klaudie Švrčková's marketing strategy, which aims to increase the number of customers with the author's paintings and gain greater awareness of the artist and his work.
