Petr Svoboda, Ph.D. Abstract One of the important parts of the activities of the kidergarten and preschool education in a comprehensive approach is the using of ICT knowledge and skills during nursery management, further education, planning, integration of ICT in Kindergarten and above all in pre-school educational process. Characteristics of the process of this activity is contained in the thesis, which describes, explains and deals with the procedures not only theoretically, but also in practical examples. It tries to provide certain analysis of the situation, continuity of requests and matters of fact in practice of kindergarten. Using of computer technology in business management, education of adults and children is undoubtedly necessary, has its good reason and its advantages. Differences in communication between men and women

The topic of the thesis is to monitor differences in communication between men and women. The theoretical part summarizes the information about communication in general and outlines the differences in communication between men and women. The empirical part is based on interview. We examine possible differences of verbal communication between men and women with university education. Following characteristics were examined: formality, expressions, vulgar, addressing, topics, and the role in communication and interruptions. The results provide information about relatively specific differences in verbal communication between men and women. It was found that men use significantly more technical terms, use more vulgar words, while women choose such expressions exeptionally. Men do not interrupt the other speaker, women interrupt in more than 50% cases.. The results confirm previously published findings on this topic.

Teacher the beginner

My Diploma Thesis "Newly qualified teachers" is devoted to new teachers with less than 3 years of teaching experience after they graduated from accredited college and received a degree as a teacher. My focus is on the teachers in elementary schools. The goal of the theoretical part of my thesis is to collect technical information, opinions, ideas and knowledge from experts in the teaching profession in general, to characterize the new teacher's personality. In the few chapters I ponder possible fears, concerns, weaknesses and needs of the new teachers, and I also mention problematic field of the evaluation and self assessment of a new teacher. The content of the practical part of my thesis is exploratory inquiry using a method of survey. The goal of the questions and answers is to find out if the orientation of new teachers in elementary schools is functioning well with prepared orientation plan, and to identify and map out the problem areas that the new, inexperienced teachers feel in the beginning of their teaching carrier, and subsequently to detect and identify the new teachers' needs. Producer and recipient in advertising communication

The diploma thesis Producer and recipient in advertising communication deals with communication factors in advertisement, especially with role of producer, addressee and recipient who have principal influence on representation of advertisement. The thesis examines process of creation of advertisement, introduces basic vocabulary which is used in advertising agencies, and points out why is important to make a difference between parts of the text (headline, copy, claim), although it is necessary that these parts of the text work together. Special emphasis is put on claim and influence of advertisement on language and conversation of recipients.

Teamwork in adventure racing

Title: Teamwork in Adventure racing Goals: The main goal is to make up the chapter about an ideal teamwork in Adventure racing. And so, to help starting teams but also help experienced teams to learn about their lacks in cooperation and to shift teamwork level above. Method: We used the method of literature retrieval from books, articles and researches. Results: It is very hard task to define ideal teamwork, we would not find same two teams in the world and therefore each team suits something else. However, I believe that this work provide instructions on how to start for beginners and that it shows experienced ones the way how to improve teamwork and cooperation. Thesis title: Communication FC Vysočina Jihlava with sports fans The new conception considering communication policy between FC Vysočina Jihlava plc and sports fans in a case of promotion to the first league is fundamental goal of this thesis. This concept is supposed to lead to improvement in the field of communication with sports fans. Complementary assignment is the analysis and evaluation of current situation in communication with fans. This relation is one of the crucial points of sports club management. The examination of current state of affairs is based not only on SWOT analysis, but also on results of marketing research. This research is another complementary task of this thesis.
