Web design of a construction company
Ličman, Jan ; Šimáček, Ondřej (referee) ; Dohnal, Radek (advisor)
This diploma Thesis deals with problematics of web design in civil engineering. Specifically, it focuses on the web design of a projective construction office. The basic concepts relevant to the problematics are defined in the theoretical part of this Thesis. The practical part begins with initial analysis which consists of an opening workshop with a client, a survey and competition research. Based on the analysis findings, target group and project direction are set. Following these steps, the web design is created. It consists of several parts – generation of ideas and possible solutions, information architecture, sketching, prototyping, prototype testing and graphic design itselfs, which is output of this diploma Thesis.

Current trends in communication and teamwork in construction engineering
Kabátová, Nicole ; O''Brien, Kateřina (referee) ; Linkeschová, Dana (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with current trends in communication and teamwork in construction companies in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is first to theoretically describe and explain the concepts of communication and teamwork and then to conduct research in construction companies and find out what are the current trends in communication and teamwork. The first part of the diploma thesis is theoretical and focuses on knowledge and concepts gained from the literature. The second part of the diploma thesis is practical. Based on the acquired theoretical knowledge, research questions are compiled. Their task is to find out current trends in communication and teamwork. These trends are currently influenced mainly by covid-19 and related problems, which are limiting human contact and isolation. Based on the research questions, a questionnaire survey and two guided interviews are compiled. Their task is to find out how communication and teamwork takes place in construction companies at present. At the end of the thesis, questions focused on current trends in communication and teamwork are answered thanks to the obtained results.

Forms and methods of motivation in construction company
Kabátová, Nicole ; Krejčiřík, Petr (referee) ; Linkeschová, Dana (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on forms and methods of motivation in a construction company. In the first part of the bachelor's thesis I get acquainted with the theory and with the individual basic concepts that are obtained from the literature. In the second part of the work, the so-called empirical, I set hypotheses, which I then verify using a questionnaire survey, which I conducted in construction companies and which is also focused on the forms and methods of motivation in a construction company. Later, I evaluate the controlled interviews that I conducted in two of the surveyed companies. At the end of the work I evaluate the theoretical and empirical part.

Vibratory roller and plate for skid steer loaders
Rádsetoulal, Milan ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis is focused on compaction machines like vibratory rollers and vibratory plates as auxiliary devices for skid steer loaders. This thesis is focused on a comparison of current devices in terms of technology and size. The designed solution of auxiliary vibratory plate focuses on solving main problems. There are also created coefficients that allow easy and fast comparison of each auxiliary devices. There are only a few companies that focus on creating this sort of devices. Auxiliary vibratory plates are often just slightly modified auxiliary devices for excavators, with slightly modified mount system. Vibratory rollers and plates cause high wear of skid steer loader and for this reason they are not widely spread. There will probably not be any future development in these kinds of devices due the fact, that there are better solutions for soil compaction.
