The bachelor thesis deals with choosing the right form for financing business activities. In my work I focused on the issue of car financing in the company and there will be discussed other financing options. The work is divided into three parts. The first part is focused on the theoretical definition of the work. The second part introduces the company and its assets. Furthermore, the work deals with the use of financing options in practice. The third part contains selected, the most advantageous forms of financing business activities.

The aim of this work is to deal with the issue of financing business activities. It is focused on the presentation of a possible solution for financing the construction of a concrete plant for a specific company. The comparison of the individual methods of financing was based on the entered requirements. The subsequent selection of the most suitable variant leading to the implementation of the planned investment is said in the conclusion of this work.

Current regulation governing acquisition financing Abstract The thesis deals with financing of share deal acquisition operations. The first chapter points out idiosyncrasies of acquisition operations, providing context for the rest of the thesis. The second chapter deals with loan financing, one of the two financing methods described. The chapter starts off with Czech Civil Code's rules governing loans and goes on to provide an overview of stipulations used in corporate banking practice, including the usual arrangement of rights and obligations of lenders and borrower in case of syndicated loans. A subchapter about credit risk rounds off the second chapter. Not restricted to public law regulation, it describes derivatives used to hedge against credit risk and touches upon the influence of regulation on cost of loan financing. The third chapter is about bond financing. It offers a robust overview of Czech rules governing bonds as nominate debt securities and their issue. The consequent subchapter on placement of bonds handled by an investment firm serves as an equivalent of the banking practice- focused subchapter. The bachelor's thesis focuses on selection of optimal financing for long-term tangible assets for a particular company. The thesis is divided into 3 main sections. The theoretical part describes possible forms of financing and methods for assesment of a current state of affairs of the selected company. Analytical part employs these forms and methods and creates a basis for the proposal part in which the most optimal and most suitable method of financing will be found.

The first part is focused on the theoretical detailed description of various forms of financing and types of society, as well as on the theoretical description of the analysis. In the second part of my bachelor thesis, I will deal with various analyzes that will be applied to specific companies. The subject of the Master´s thesis is a financing of business activities in the conditions of the Czech Republic before the outbreak of the global pandemic COVID 19, at present and the possible future development of financing. The second part of the thesis is focused on the hotel industry and a selection of appropriate forms of financing for the investment´s implementation in the hotel for the future. This diploma thesis deals with the optimization of financing of a selected company. In the theoretical part I deal with the possibilities of financing business activities as well as concepts from financial analysis. In the practical part I apply acquired theoretical knowledge to perform a financial analysis in a selected company. The last part compares the financing options of selected business activities, that lead to finding the optimal financing solution.
